Have been a very long term customer at this UPS Store, but today I had the worse treatment by a young lady waiting on me. Treated me like dirt and I truly am considering finding another place to do our our business. Not sure if she rude with other customers, but the owner may want to look into this. Sent package to the wrong address and charged me for it and would not reimburse me. Manager lied and was rude and wasn't helpful at all. From now on I will be going to a different UPS store or the post office. read more

I had two things to accomplish; an Amazon return and shipping a box out of state. The staff, Marie, was very efficient and personable. She clearly was well versed in the processes and made a suggestion for the shipping that saved a few dollars. I will be back to this location near my workplace if I need shipping/mailing services in the future. read more

Went in for help with ensuring my professionally designed flyers were printed correctly and on good material. The lady working there made me feel like I was a bother right from the start. And then the flyers ended up being printed with the bleed marks showing and on crap paper. I'll never go back to this location! read more

I went into this store to return two Amazon packages. I usually go to th North Muskegon store which I give 5 stars to! Anyways, I walked into Apple Ave store about 9 am before work. There was just me and one lady working there. I said good morning, she didn't say a word, I asked if they had Wi-Fi and she shook her head no. I continued searching on my smart phone so I could have packages scanned. She did not say one word to me the entire time. I finally walked out and told her she was rude. I wondered how she got that job. I know people have rough days and I cut them slack but this was different. read more

May 5th 2021 shipping date: The store clerk Sherry is rude and very unprofessional. I shipped from this store a 65" flat panel TV in a Home Depot TV box kit unsealed. I placed a declaration on the item. The clerk that weighed and cashed my transaction was under Sherry trainings and had to make separate transactions because she had to ask Sherry for each step. I could not seal my package because the declaration called for the clerks confirmation of product. I paid in a separate charge for the store to package (seal) my TV because Sherry rudely kept repeating 'Insurance will not pay the claim if damage occurs if not packaged correctly ". I paid for them to package it because I wanted my TV in one piece. I traveled home to Phoenix just to receive my poorly packaged TV in pieces. It appeared to been thrown around and slide across the floor on its side. The corners of the box was deeply dented as if purposely crushed. I have shipped through UPS at least 3-4 packages per month never having a problem in Phoenix Az. This was a package shipped from a different location and the worst experience in Muskegon Michigan. The cost to ship all the items for that day range $600-$700 not disputing all the other broken items the entire TV in pieces was too much to let go. This store has to admit fault in order to pay out my claim or refund the cost I paid for shipping. The UPS dispute process is more at fault in this situation. The store clerk is dishonest and has no interest in refunding my shipping cost. I will continue to dispute and report the business practices of this store now on the 3rd denial. My UPS partnership in Phoenix has been nothing but above and beyond service even providing assistance to report this terrible franchise in Muskegon.
