Yet when I arrived, the place was open, yet empty. A man came out and when I told him I had an appointment for foot reflexology he shook his head no and look confused. I told him I had a confirmation and showed it to him so then he took me to a room and told me to remove my clothes. I asked, "for foot reflexology?!" He was confused again and asked home to come up front again and ask for how long. I didn't know what I had booked it for. He called someone and then put the phone on speaker and she asked me the same questions. Then he took me to the room again and started the service. The service was not reflexology. It was a foot and leg massage and was not even the full time. His phone rang a few times during the service and then at the end, he just walked out and didn't say anything. About a minute later he came back in and continued the service. They made me feel like I was such an inconvenience. Then at the end he tried to charge me $10 more than the published price. I questioned him and pointed out the price on the board. Again he had to call someone and then canceled the sale and redid it. Again, I was in inconveniencing him. Horrible experience and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I don't think they are even professionally licensed.
