However, as of May 22, we still had not received the requested documentation. When I contacted the office again to follow up, the conversation became contentious with both the reception staff and Mr. Greenwald himself. We were informed that we were "not the clients," despite being individuals who contributed financially to the services and who had consistently sought clarification and updates throughout the process. He was trying to take advantage by claiming that he would be working through holiday hours, which he wasn't. Doesn't seem to possess much in the way of fairness or integrity.
