The setting is not especially fancy, but I would rather pay less for a haircut in cheapy surroundings then pay through the nose just because they can offer you an Italian espresso and a manicure. For the very affordable £9, I can get a decent haircut, usually as soon as I walk in with no prior booking. This is extremely convenient for me and makes me very keen to come back again with this company. The atmosphere is very friendly inside, with a female majority staff. I entered with an untamed mane and left looking sharp and clean cut. Very good value for money especially considering the low price. If you are looking for more of a barbershop experience with wet shaves and what-not, then this isn't the place to go. If you are wanting a good haircut (Men and Women) then pop into BHF.

The next morning, I woke up with my neck muscles, shoulder, and most of my back in spasm. I took myself off to Bodyworks, and was treated to the most brutally effect massage I have ever had. It was done by the senior masseuse and for about 45 minutes, only set me back by £35.00. At the end, she gave me exercises to do, and the muscles were back to normal by the end of the day. For a relatively small salon, they pack so much into this place - a hair salon, mani's, pedi's, facials, body treatments,massage, waxing, electrolysis and laser hair removal. If all that sounds a bit painful you can get a St Tropez done instead. The girls are all lovely in here, and the prices aren't expensive. If you are a local and you haven't been in here, you need to get yourself down here and let the ladies sort you out.
