I used to love the variety this place offers. But if you pay with your card, check your statement. I was charged more than my receipt said to charge me. This came after the younger male owner requested I return to my car to remove my taser from my belt before completing my order, even though there are no signs to indicate I can not have protective tools on my person. I ordered ahead with the online presence Dutchie the order was confirmed and listed ready for pick up an when I got to the store I had to wait with a cab on timer while they deigned an order had come in and finally when they found it the shop manager told me to leave and never darken their door again I asked them to honor the order my order which they grudgingly did I will not darken their door until I get some reason from their people as to why they decided to dump on me. The store is lovely and there seems to be a lot of product the staff has been troublesome from the beginning in small ways I can not recommend this outlet unless you love abuse. read more

Medication Station in Newport is one of my favorite dispensaries on the coast -- and with one of the widest selections -- both of fresh flower and concentrates/edibles/etc. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful -- very professional and eager to assist. Fresh is a big deal with me, and they are *always* fresh with lots of turnover because of their location. Prices are excellent -- possibly the best on the coast, at least for flower and trim. I've always been a DIY kind of person -- so I'd much rather start with the plant and make my own edibles, oils, and tinctures. So I'm mostly paying attention to prices on quarters and ounces.... Still, their selection of pre-packaged, pre-rolled, and pre-measured goods seems to be both wide and deep if that's what you're looking for. They have great specials (Mondays are 20% off flower, Sundays are 20% off high-CBD products, etc...), and generally their Leafly menu is up-to-date if you like to price compare, or know in advance what you're looking for. They get lots of foot traffic due to their location in the downtown "Deco District" just N of the Bay Bridge -- so be patient with the ebb and flow of shoppers. Especially during the summer beach-going months. There's street parking right on Hwy 101, and around the corner as well. read more

Great place to get some good flower clean sanitary atmosphere everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitizer available for customer use. The selection of product is top of the line and the staff was great for the most part however, the lady that helped me Sydney was very difficult to communicate with. I didn't know much about edibles, and she wasn't very patient with me and it seemed like she didn't really care to help me find what Im looking for but rather wanted me to hurry and make a selection. I usually love the medication station but this time I was so anxious to get out of there it made my overall experience pretty lousy. read more
