As I was in my car a lady came out and took my name, birthdate, and went inside the building (she had no mask on). When I went into the drive-thru, a female pharmacist with a mask at the drive-thru window said something to me, but I couldn't hear her. I am hard of hearing sometimes and was wearing my hearing aids, but I still couldn't hear her and I asked her to remove the mask as I couldn't hear nor read her lips and she refused to do that. I paid and left. I called the pharmacy to get medication instructions as there was another pharmacist there (a Male pharmacist) but she took the call. I told her that I couldn't hear her and that I needed the instructions. I gave them three stars, but I know they can do better. I went back the following day and I am pleased to say that they helped me and answered all my questions I had; therefore, I am upgrading their three stars to all stars or five stars. Thank you Salinas Pharmacy, I always knew you were a diamond in the rough. I will continue to patronage them whenever I can.
