I've been going to that Walgreens for 13 years and ever since I've been going there I have had nothing but kindness and respect, and just happy smiles, even when they're stressed out to the max everybody that works in that pharmacy should be praised on how hard they work I'm sorry, but they don't get enough credit. Every single person that I've met in those 13 years has been phenomenal and they should all get a raise. God bless you guys. I came in the door with my son who can barely walk and waited close to 10 minutes before being waiting in. a young girl asked me what I needed help with and I told her my son had a prescription sent over for a shoe-- I couldn't even finish before she said "we don't have those- all need e have is diabetic shoes, and even if we did we do not bill insurance so you would have to pay for it" I never asked to have insurance billed or anything about payment! I was more than prepared to pay for what was needed!! I had to help my son back out to my car while she turned and huffed back to her seat where she had sat when we came in. I am so disappointed in how I was treated, and the lack of compassion for others!

Their location close to the hospital probably hasn't hurt them either. You can get stuff there you can't at some of the chains: witchhazel, menthol crystals, all sorts of "old school" medical products/items and home remedies. Yes, they have the modern stuff too and a full pharmacy. There's also a restaurant/lunch counter called The Hub. Not sure if it's still open for business, but I'm going to swing by one morning to see and try it out.

We called the number on the posted sign & the staff member didn't really introduce himself & just asked what spot I was at. That was odd but ok. A few minutes later a man came out with his cart and had our groceries all organized. He was hesitant about loading up the car but was helpful either way. I never like how many bags the use but oh well. I had a long list to ensure they didn't forget anything, and after I checked, nothing was amiss! We appreciate the order being correct & pick up as an option for vacations like this.
