Unpleasant experience yesterday at the pharmacy. I live in Mishicot so I have to travel to pick up…read moremy scripts. At 1:30pm I put in for my refill online like I usually always do. I set pick up time for 4pm knowing I wouldn't get there until at least 5:30. Figured that would give them even more time to fill it if they were busy. Got to the store at 5:30, did some shopping, then went back to the pharmacy to pay and pick up my script around 5:45. Mind you, this is now more than 4 hours after I put in my request and more than 1.5 hours past the time I had requested. The girl at the counter looked at me completely dumbfounded when I told her I had a pick up, clicked around on the computer and then said, "we just got your request now, it will be about 15 minutes or so." Are you KIDDING ME?! I stared at her, annoyed, and stated that I had put my request in in the early afternoon, gotten an email receipt stating that the location had received my request, and I was over an hour late picking up from my requested time, AND IT STILL WASN'T READY?! Absolutely ridiculous. Add to this that I had my extremely antsy 3 year old boy with me who was overdue for dinner, and after 15 more minutes trying to entertain him in a Walgreens with five feet of toys to look at, THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY SCRIPT READY. Come on guys. Get it together. Don't offer online prescription refills if you can't fill them on time. Or, in my case, not even remotely close to on time.

Went in to get a script filled. Pharmacist informed me my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Then he directed me to an OTC product that was the exact of my prescription for a third of the price. You can call in your order and pick it up, or have it delivered. If you are looking for a capable pharmacist, and smiling faces, it would behoove you to patronize this fine business.
