He responded quickly and competently, regardless of communication method (text, phone, email). John was patient throughout; I never felt I was a "bother" to him. John was well-prepared for the negotiation - he had a thorough analysis and knowledge of the local market, which was both comforting to me and also made for a smoother and more effective negotiation process. I felt I paid a fair price for the property, and John's actions throughout ensured my interests were well-served.
