They have so many neat and unique things, and it's a one stop shop for your gift for others (or yourself) needs! They always have good deals going on, and the employees are always so helpful! The store is very well organized and placed so it's easy to go through and see everything. I placed an online order for next-day delivery and asked if they could send me a picture of the finished bouquet and candle. That evening, they texted me a photo, and it was perfect--just gorgeous! the store has a lovely variety of items and the staff are helpful and friendly. i am uncomfortable…read moreseeing so much focus on harry potter, considering how the author is hateful and donates profits from the series to promote a bigoted worldview. even secondhand, i'd say it promotes her legacy and personally i feel unwelcome as a trans person when stores heavily promote merchandise tied to such a bigoted author who is actively working to make my life worse. i also suspect that some art pieces in the store are ai generated; that bothers me bc of ethical concerns like the environmental toll and how it scrapes from artists without their permission. i'd rather support actual artists. i do like this store overall, i just wish they'd reconsider featuring franchises from authors who are against human rights and have more products from real people. i don't think there's bad intentions and i hope this doesn't come across too harshly, this is just me hoping that a store i enjoy will become even more enjoyable.
