    Packers came not realizing they were also supposed to unpack and settle me in after the move, even…read morethough I had gotten an estimate and signed the paperwork for them to do so. Packing experience was good but move and unpack went poorly. Several hours of delay for the moving truck from old location to new, as they didn't have all the straps required for my move. Truck delay caused a delay in unpacking, so even though ACTO stayed until 6:00, everything did not get unpacked, nor was I completely settled in. In particular my electronics were not set up correctly, nor did I get to test them. They said they could not come back and do more the next day, as they were already booked elsewhere. Thank goodness I had a friend who could help Then came the biggest fiasco, the billing. Five or six weeks after my move, I still had not seen a bill. I finally received the first one after asking several times. It was thousands of dollars too low. I let them know this. After several conversations and several more weeks I received a second invoice. It was several thousand too high. Some of the issues were: Missing credit for one of my payments Tax charged on services Hours for packing increased without explanation Hours for unpacking was 32, when it was 3 people from ~1:30-6:00 After more discussion, I received a third invoice, but it was still incorrect. They even had the audacity to tack on a late fee (with a threat about additional fees and litigation if I didn't pay up). Despite continued requests for further detail on how the hours were figured, ACTO refused. They also refused to provide the moving truck invoice detail. The moving truck company had billed my credit card directly, but said I had to ask ACTO for the moving truck invoice detail. I finally paid what I felt was close to correct. When I found backup for the payment I had made that they hadn't credited, I emailed it to the billing department and Gina. I got an undeliverable notice for the billing department (wonder what happened there, because we had emailed repeatedly before) and never heard anything back from Gina. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone...
