Don't use this company unless you want your furniture to look like mine . (Wish I could post pictures). I called and spoke with Sal. He immediately blamed the trucking company, didn't accept any responsibility whatsoever. He said he responsibility ended the day they packed and closed the door. I have moved 38 times in my life and have never experienced anything like this. Anyone can clearly see this is a packing issue. They put fragile pieces at the bottom of heavy boxes. They even bumped the chandelier in our house didn't say a word. We found it hanging by one wire, it was a miracle it didn't crash to the floor. I requested my money back (even though they did approximately $12,000 in damages. He didn't feel he had any responsibility. When I got upset, he said "Jesus Christ" and hung up on me. read more

I wish I could give more than five stars. This is THE mover to use in Pueblo. The owner, Sal, is responsible, helpful and careful. I cannot recommend this business strongly enough. We were moving elderly relatives out of an apartment and into assisted living during the spike in coronavirus. Before the move our questions were answered promptly. The movers arrived exactly as scheduled. During the move they were eager to help. They wiped down all items without comment or complaint. They were supportive of the special needs involved in this move. I would use ONLY this service when moving myself or a loved one. This was the worst moving experience of my life - including occasions when I had to do it myself. The movers were slow and incompetent. They took all day to move all of the big items (the small stuff had already been boxed and moved by myself and my husband). They ran out of gas (?) 10 miles from the house and told me I needed to bring them fuel. Then still couldn't start the truck and suggested I take myself (and 3 dogs, 2 cats) to a hotel. I insisted they have the truck and my belongings towed to the house so that it could be unloaded. That was finally accomplished 12 hours after we had left Pueblo (2hrs away). Some of my things were broken or just plain left behind. The moving truck sat in my driveway for 3 (!)weeks before the idiots had it towed. But I was told repeatedly ' we'll have it moved tomorrow '. If you are looking for a moving company DO NOT hire Smooth Carriers - they are anything but!!! read more
