Good food, fun location. Worth a stop for breakfast. It was a bit slow and service was ok. It got really crowded around 11 AM. Reasonably priced.

The only pizza parlor masquerading as a cafe in Kinsale. Their sandwiches are entirely average. The tuna and sweet corn looks and tastes like something you could make at home, and with no sides for 5-6 EUR is a bit too expensive. On the flip side, their pizzas are surprisingly good. They advertise a homemade olive oil dough and by gods they make good on it. The crust is thin, crispy and yet crumbly, like the world's thinnest biscuit. The pepperoni is spicy and flavorful, and the cheese is rich but balanced by the meat and the crust. So ignore the cafe, skip the sandwiches and go straight for the pizza. Oh, and watch out for the wasps (read: bees) on sunny summer afternoons.

Delicious tomato soup! Pizza was good. The crust was nice and thin with lots of cheese. Guinness was perfectly cold. I was too hungry to take a photo of the whole pizza

White chocolate crêpe Not super sweet but is filling had a small scope of, what tasted like cream. Kinda of a medium pace. Overall good place to get a sweet snack. Did not try the lemon and suger crêpe but it look almost as good.

Great atmosphere and good coffee. Service is a bit slow and the food looks fabulous but does not taste as good. A nice place for a coffee in Kinsale.

Milk Market Cafe claims to serve "great food all day." We came for lunch at 1:30pm on a Wednesday and have to say, the food we are was GREAT. Two in our party of 5 had a chicken salad which was an American-style salad with freshly sliced chicken on top. It was delicious and perfect to keep us fuels. I had a toasted ham and cheese which was unexpectedly served with a small side salad. This was perhaps the BEST toasted Han and cheese I had ever had. It was served with freshly sliced tomato. The salad was great and a larger version would be perfect as a meal. The seafood chowder was creamy and full of fresh fish. And, despite being midday, the owner made an exception and served an egg breakfast to another in our party. Kinsale is full of exceptional dining establishments. The Milk Market Cafe is certainly a standout for a relaxing breakfast or lunch. We ate out on the patio.

Great Service, great staff, and great prices too. Would definitely recommend for either inside or outside seating for a fresh cup of coffee

"THE BEST FULL IRISH IN THE COUNTRY!!!!"…read more 5 Stars. Five. If I could give more I would. If you love breakfast, you need to take a trip to Midleton, Co Cork. At The Pantry, you'll be served what can only be described as The most serious contender for BEST FULL IRISH IN THE COUNTRY!!!! This is not something I take lightly. I have enjoyed far too many a Full Irish's up and down our fair island...and I'm not joking - SO MANY breakfasts. But never have been inspired to put my feelings about any meal in writing...nevermind post them online. Until now. I first wandered into The Pantry just over a year ago looking for a breakfast...we were met a smile and welcome from Gordon who runs the show. He was quick to find us a comfortable table with plenty space for our buggy (a high chair was available but we didn't need it) and to bring us some tea and coffee (both great by the way). We each ordered the Full Irish. Breakfasts are cooked to order and service is efficient and attentive. Food arrived in good time. Respectively, each item on each plate was cooked perfectly. Food was out of a frying pan and not a deep fryer. Each meal came with tea/coffee and toast...as it should do. We got to speak with Gordon after our meal. He told us about his experience running the The Pantry, about how they bake their own bread daily, about all the different local suppliers..for the sausages, for the bacon, for the pudding, etc. The Pantry is a bright and welcoming cafe/bistro serving a tempting variety of foods throughout the day. Go for a coffee and a cake of go for The BEST FULL IRISH you're ever likely to be served...go for the welcome alone...just go. FIVE STARS. 5! Following that, and in the interest of a fair and impartial review, I should mention the negatives: Each time I visit, I can't help but be reminded of the fact that I live 161 and a half miles away (260km)...and I can never help but think about how long it might be before I'll be able to get another breakfast here. That's me. That's my review. Cheers Gordo. You're the man.
