Even though they state a 14-day return policy, you can't simply take your item back to the store--even if it's only been one day since pickup. You have to email, wait for approval, and sometimes make phone calls just to arrange a basic return or exchange. If it happens to be the weekend, good luck, because there's no one available to handle it. I love their merchandise, but the return process makes me think twice about ordering online again. There were only a couple customers at check out but a lovely young lady quickly came over to help us. I have tried Citizens, Seven, Red Engine, Joes,True Religion, Paper Denim, Rock and Republic, etc. You get my drift. All of those other jeans are ok, but DL1961 are great, on any figure. I am 5'2" and lets just say not a skinny mini and these jeans make my legs look hot and sleek. The 4 way stretch forms to your body and stretches with ease. They are also lighter and not as heavy as say Citizens. I know they are pricey, and normally I do not spend a lot on clothes but I will spend a lot on a pair of jeans that fit correctly and will be worn until I can't possibly wear them again. Take my challenge ladies, go in and give them a shot. Back to Posh, the staff is fabulous. They are friendly, welcoming and really try to help you while not seeming over-bearing.
