When I visited the store on a Saturday, I was told there was a "clientele" sale happening. I selected a few items and went to check out, only to be charged full price. When I asked about the sale, the associate at the register said she "didn't know" about it--despite it being a storewide promotion. She eventually adjusted the price, but I found it odd and unprofessional that she wasn't aware of an active sale. I couldn't try the items on that day, so I brought them home. They didn't work out, so I returned to the store the next morning. When I went to return them, I was told it would be store credit only. That was never communicated to me during checkout. Had I known, I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase--especially after spending over $200. The associate who handled my return was kind enough to refund to the original method, which I appreciated. However, when she told me the refund amount, it was less than expected. I questioned it and was told, with a snarky attitude, that she was "sure"--only to realize later she overlooked that I had two items. Both visits left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's this kind of disorganized and dismissive experience that makes me want to avoid stores like this altogether.

They are also lighter and not as heavy as say Citizens. I know they are pricey, and normally I do not spend a lot on clothes but I will spend a lot on a pair of jeans that fit correctly and will be worn until I can't possibly wear them again.
