Dress Up is a southern chic boutique. It offers reasonably priced items comparable to some of the Hillsboro Village neighborhood counterparts. You are able to find items for as low as $10 to maxi dresses up to $40, I was super happy to see that I could wear their stuff, too! It is so often that you will roll into these boutique type places and it caters more to the smaller clientele. Nothing wrong with that, but curvy folks need love as well. Fear not plus sized women - we have somewhere to go! I was told they get in 65+ new styles a week. I find that great. They keep their merch in constant motion to keep up with the demand. I have walked into boutiques before where you have the same things for months at a time with no refresher; totally not the case here. Though I did not buy anything during this visit, I am happy to think that I will be able to go back and check out their fresh styles to get something next visit. Since this establishment is within a very small walkable distance, I think that also helps me in the fact that I won't have to drive to TJ Maxx or Ross to get some clothing. They have styles that you are able to dress up or dress down. Versatility is always a plus in my book. Lastly, great customer service. It was really nice working with Tiffany and she really listened to what I wanted and she catered to what I was looking for. Everyone was really nice in the store that I experienced. We shopped all over Nashville on our recent trip and this was easily my favorite store! Clothing is cute and on trend, and reasonably priced for a boutique; I think most things I picked up were in the $30-40 price range and all seemed to be of quality. The shop isn't particularly large but they have a good selection to browse through. Most items were XS-L with some XL's mixed in, however, many styles were very oversized. I am typically a 1-2X and had no problem finding things in here that would fit me. Fitting rooms were also open so I was able to try pieces on as necessary. I wish there was a store like this near me but I will definitely be checking out the online store until I am back in the area! read more

Stopped in here while waiting to meet friends at a near by restaurant. Everything is priced very appropriately but there was nothing that peaked my interest very much. I tried on a about 10 different tops and they were all much larger than what I typically would put a medium or a small at. I ended up buying one thing that I'll pair with a bralette because it's still too big even in the small. For reference, I normally wear a medium to small. Unless I'm casually strolling by this place, I won't be back in. Update long my original review a month later I've removed two stars from my original 3 star review. I wore the shirt I bought but it was still too baggy so I decided to dry it. The shirt now could fit a small child. I most likely won't wear it ever again. read more

Cute boutique in the perfect location. The parking lot behind the building is great for this location versus fighting for parking. They really do have a great location with a corner lot that has plenty of light and windows for people driving by. I honestly hadn't been to the store until I drove past and noticed the lights. I was wondering where the store front was since I had gotten some pants from their booth at a pop up event. The decor and space is very inviting and bright. The decor and racks are placed perfectly for a great flow. The prices are very comparable and great for a boutique. I didn't purchase anything this time, but can't wait to go back. read more

What a cute, trendy store with a Southern flair that is surprisingly affordable! I was expecting sticker-shock prices, but when I looked at some bodysuits and sweaters I liked that were so pretty and between $15-$25, I was satisfied! Dress Up is a chic little boutique with a lot of options if you need some style. Visiting in October, I saw a lot of outerwear, like sweaters and vests, but they also had some great summer outfits that are versatile for various events, like tanks and dresses. I didn't buy anything this visit, but I'm keeping it in mind for next time, especially when I want something feminine, casual, and fun. There's free parking in the back, and service was welcoming, too. read more

Dress Up is a chain of women's boutiques in the Southeast, but I'd never been in one before! (Apparently there are quite a few in Georgia!) The clothes were cute and charming (especially as it's fall - I love sweaters!), and they also sell jewelry and shoes and other accessories. Everything was quite affordable! (I bought a cute ring for $8!) So glad that this charming store has moved into Hillsboro Village just down the street from other great shops! I'll definitely be checking it out again! read more

I was looking forward to visiting here, but I should have checked online first. This is a store catered to petite women only, which is too bad. I wear an XL, and that's just not a size they go up to. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing that this store isn't in Orlando. They had a TON of super cute clothes, for not a lot of money, and it was one of those days where everything fit and looked cute. Me and my roommate have been super excited about coming to this store- even screen shot pictures of things prior that we were wanting to buy. We were the only ones in store and neither of the two girls working acknowledged us. They were having a full blown convo in the back of the store. I found some cute stuff that I wanted to buy in addition to my stuff already selected online, but because of customer service I didn't buy one thing! Oh and I am wrong about not being acknowledged as we walked to look at a front rack they said "bye thanks for coming" even though we weren't even leaving the store yet! What a let down! First time at this Dress Up and was amazed by all the options the store had to offer. The prices are fair for the quality you get. There are always amazing sales going on which is definitely a bonus. I've never been to a Dress Up and had a negative experience with the staff. They are all helpful and will answer any questions and help you as much as possible. That's a huge plus for me considering a lot of boutiques the workers are rude and look at you like trash. It's nice to have a cute place in Nashville to shop and never have to worry about negative people. If you need a cute outfit for ANY event I definitely recommend going. read more

Great little shop! Very cute,current and nice quality clothing at surprisingly affordable prices. Stopped in while in town visiting my daughter. The girl who helped us with our purchases was so sweet and accommodating. When I had a small problem with something I ordered to be shipped (my fault, not theirs), store manager Hayley swiftly and graciously helped me to get it resolved. I know this will become a regular stop on my daughter's shopping circuit. The only thing that would bump this to five stars would be if they had a 7 day refund policy instead of exchange only, but I know this is harder for small businesses to accommodate.
