With that, I had to ask whether I was buying a major upgrade to my single largest investment or buying a used car? I was offended and my response offended him - so be it. Buyer beware. If you think their sales process is about developing an understanding of a client need, matching that need with a solution, and then asking the business - think again. After extensive research we choose ECS Solar Energy. In our research we found that Thomas Lane the owner of that company was extremly knowledgeable in the field of solar energy and he also taught and wrote the fountation on solar panel installation. We had his company install our system, at the same time my next door neighbor also had a pool and solar system installed by a different company. His home has all the same specs as mine right down to the pool size and facing position of the solar panels. What is amazing is our pool with the ECS panels manage to get our pool consistently warmer and quicker than my neighbors. In the winter months we average 4 to 5 degrees warmer than his.
