She spent about an hour getting to know us, explaining the process, and answering all of our questions, and this was before we had even signed an agreement with her. She also took the time to explain the agreement itself so we understood what we were signing. Buying from out of town definitely had its challenges, but Lisa was very flexible with us. On our first trip to Gainesville, she packed our schedule with showings so we could see as many homes as possible and get a better idea of what we liked. We ended up finding the home we bought very quickly, and this was during one of the busiest times of year for Gainesville real estate. Something I really appreciated was Lisa's attention to detail when we toured homes. There were several times she noticed issues or pointed things out that weren't mentioned in the listing. Her experience was very obvious, and as first-time buyers, that was extremely helpful. She also walked us through the inspection and the rest of the buying process and was always quick to answer our questions. We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. We purchased a house in high Springs that this real estate had listed and they did not disclose the…read morecorrect property acreage. We were told about a week before the closing or so that we needed to have a survey done which cost quite a bit of money as it was last minute and we needed it done right away. After the survey was done we found out the property, instead of being 3 1/2 acres, was only 2.7 acres and we only had as I stated three days before the closing so we had no other recourse but to go ahead with the deal because we had no place to go we were pretty much forced into buying this house because otherwise we would not have had any place to live. They advertised it as 3 1/2 acres and they were incorrect. we were offered the property for 10,000 less but that in no way was enough considering it was almost an acre less than they advertised. I feel this real estate is responsible for all the stress and loss we suffered! Would never recommend. They did NOT do their job in listing the correct information!
