I wouldn't recommend. I had several services done as a new customer. The girl was nice but not professional. she chomped on gum with her mouth open the whole time. I have long hair with layers. I asked for a trim with layering and face framing...I got a trim And it took less time than a shampoo. The manicure was a file and paint. The tip was out of obligation not because I thought I had a good service And I was already feeling I overpaid for what I actually received. read more

Had a massage here and although being friendly and chatty is Nice, there's a point when you need to realize people pay $$ to come relax and unwind from the stresses of life not to gab about the entire 60 min massage. I guess i'm just too nice to ask people to stop talking to me but definitely wasn't a relaxing massage when your talked to by a total stranger the Entire massage. Nor did she ask my the Style of massage I wanted or she didn't rub out knots of tension. Unfortunately i am definitely not going back to same lady. read more

I had terrible nail service here. Firstly, my nails were so thick that they were ugly to look at. So when they fell off within 72 hours, I wasn't upset to see them gone but was upset about the lost money. They proceeded to dodge my calls when I wanted to report my experience. A lot of money spent for nothing. However, I did have my hair done once years back and they were fine. They weren't the best but it wasn't bad either. As far as the customer service, I feel it is hit or miss. Being pampered should feel relaxing and be a treat to yourself and I can't say I received that at Mirage. read more

The atmosphere and people are nice. I will give them that. But I asked for a trim and a thin on my 3b/3c curly hair. A very particular and hard to care for hair type. My hair was not trimmed properly. And the front sections of my hair were not even touched. I have had enough good stylists to know that it was not done correctly. Neither was my hair thinned like I asked. I told the stylist, wherever you think it needs thinned, thin it. It's been a while and thinning it helps me maintain it and keeps it healthier. She barely took anything out. And I usually have a big ole birds nest of hair coming out with plenty to spare. And, she about ripped my scalp out of my head. Never had someone hurt my scalp like that before at a salon. I am not pleased. Don't go here if you have hair like mine. Not worth it. read more

It's okay... Good, not great. They are good about being able to work me in when I have the time to get a cut. As for quality of the cut, I have seen several different stylists, here, and I get about an average cut every time. I come from California, and salon service is quite a different experience, there, compared to Russellville, Arkansas. No shampoo, no wetting, here... just a dry cut. This is just a bit strange to me. I guess it's normal, here, a timesaver, whatever, but my haircut always seems to turn out better when it's washed or at least wet down, first. This salon, like many others, here, operates on bare minimum service, and if you ask for any suggestions, as I have many times, they never seem to have any to offer. It's about the same service I could expect from a walk-in Supercuts style salon. For a day spa style salon, the expectation is greater, and it SHOULD deliver, but it really doesn't. read more

What a waste of a drive for me . Made an appointment for a facial and specifically asked if extractions are done , the receptionist tole me yes. Came in , the esthetician came out to greet me 10 minutes late, I double checked and asked if she does extraction to which she replied no. The whole point of my appointment was to get a good facial that includes extractions. No apologies made, no courtesy shown. Place is dusty and bathroom did not have toilet paper. I mean seriously? Very disappointed! I set up an appointment with a hair stylist and she texted me to see what I wanted done to my hair I sent her a picture of what I wanted and a picture of my hair. She told me my hair was damaged and need to cut my hair off to my shoulders. Thats about 6 inches of hair. I asked her if she could just look at my hair and see that its not damaged. She said its damaged and she would not bleach it. Then started talking to me rudely after I asked a second time if she would just wait to look at it. She then canceled my appointment without telling me and didn't text me back. It would have been better if she had just said I can't do it or set me up with someone else. I have had my hair done at this salon many times! For my prom for my friends wedding and just simple cuts but I will never go back to this Salon again. read more

My review isn't so much for the Mirage itself as it is specifically for Sienne. She is super sweet and has kept my hair looking great all summer long. Her prices are also extremmeeelllyyy reasonable. Plus, she will show you funny youtube parodies on her phone while you are getting your hair cut :) read more

Keith is an awesome massage therapist. I came in a few weeks ago with my neck and shoulders hurting from working out. After the first visit I started feeling like my own self again. I have came in a few times sense with the same amazing results. Those massages are worth every cent. I got a hair cut by Tammy. I told her to come up with something different for my hair and after a few moments of hhmm, okay, well I don't know... however, when she was done and my hair styled, I have to say I love it! Since then it has been quick and easy to style and have worn this new style for a couple of months now! I am still loving it. Great place if you ask me! read more

I had a natural nail manicure done for the first time at The Mirage. The service was top notch but my nails started chipping after 18 hours and the paint was completely ruined by 32 hours. I don't feel like I was particularly hard on the nails so I won't be going back. read more

My nails were done by a new girl and she used what was called the "cheap" stuff. She was nice but my nails turned yellow after one night.

I went for a massage, and it wasn't bad. The massage therapist made me feel pretty comfortable and I'm not big on being touched, so that's saying a lot. I wouldn't go here to get a haircut though. They don't follow instructions well. read more

the mirage is great but eden the hair dresser is horrible! she gave me cheetah hair splottchy blottchy highlights I told showed her a picture of the hair color and cut I wanted and she was too busy on her phone and talking to the other girls in the salon about her baby daddys to do my hair. she complained the whole time she dried my hair and then said after we had talked about my hair cut and i showed her a picture so do you just want a trimm?
