A couple weeks ago, my kids dropped a bunch of money to have their car cleaned and detailed,…read morebecause they rescued a dog several days before and it was a mess. My son had cleaned it really well before taking it but wanted a deep cleaning. We dropped it off, left it all day, went to pick it up, and the car was not clean. I went back inside and told them and the lady came out and looked, and she took it back inside to do it again and said it would be about an hour. 20 minutes later the owner calls and says that he came down and looked at it and told them how to clean it and it looked phenomenal. We went to pick it up and I'm pretty sure it was just as dirty. Definitely wasn't our idea of deep clean. So they were like bring it back next week and we will clean it again. Um no, you didn't get it right the first two times. After the first cleaning, I wiped an alcohol wipe across the seat and it came back black Hair all over the seat. & dirt. & they were supposed to vacuum the back part behind the seats and they didn't even touch it, and even after they cleaned it the second time there was still dead bugs and animal hair. I even pointed that out to her the first time and they took it back in and they still didn't clean it. The seats were a touch cleaner the second time, but they didn't vacuum down by the seat (between the seat and the door) or wipe the door panels where the buttons are, or anything. And there are MORE stains on the carpet AFTER the "cleaning" (we do have pics before & after) I understand you can't get every spot out, especially on an older car, but you could at least vacuum beside the seats and wipe down the doors like you're supposed to do. they shampooed the carpets and wiped some supposed leather conditioner on the seats and threw some air fresheners in the little holders on the doors and called that clean. And it smells like they clean the carpets with dirty water or something. $250. And they said they'd "keep cleaning it until it's satisfactory" but don't do refunds How about cleaning it correctly the first time? A person shouldn't have to take it multiple times to have it cleaned when they paid for it to be done the first time. And they put a little plastic Jesus figure in the console, which apparently they do to all cars. AND IT WAS DIRTY TOO.

The pictures attached are from AFTER the detailing/cleaning. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone in the Richmond area. Gorillashine in Lexington may be more expensive but they will leave your car looking like it came off a factory floor. Very disappointed. The pictures are from the drop down middle console in the back seat, between the middle console and the driver and passenger seats, truck tie down, under the passenger seat, and the ceiling of the car. Very disappointing service product. I was hoping for something better but you obviously get what you pay for. $150 seems fair until you see the finished product. Very poor detailing. Not a good value. Not good quality cleaning. Customer service was very good however.
