I tend to have older vehicles, and they seem to take great pleasure in finding the source of whatever I bring to them. I took my rav4 to these guys cause I needed to have a O2 sensor replaced I talked to the owners son and another mechanic about how much they would charge me to take the old one out and put the new one that I had in. They told me that it would range around 280 just to put the new one in. They also told me that if they strip the threads out in the manifold that they are not responsible for the damage. I told them that yes they were due to they would be the ones who caused the damage. So I ended up taking it somewhere else and the other place charged me 30 took take it out and replace it alot better than 280. And I heard from other people who had similar problems with this place since the son has taken over. read more

I have been having my vehicles serviced at ET's for over 30 years. In all that time and after many repairs, not once have I been dissatisfied. Eddie and his son John are honest, forthcoming, and meticulously thorough in everything they do. They are also the most affordable. I would not ever take my vehicles anywhere else, even if I had to wait. I have recommended ET's to everybody that "I like", the others can just deal with it. Thanks to ET who saved the day. I was traveling on a Saturday when my water pump started leaking. I was at a gas station and called around and the only place that was opened (by luck, ET was working on a Saturday). He told me to bring my van by and he would check it out. After finding the issue (water pump), he stopped everything he was doing to help me out. After three hours, I was back on the road and thankful for the wonderful people that live in Kentucky. read more

I took my car here for the first time in August 2012 based on the recommendation of a few people I knew. My car wasn't starting at all and had to be towed there. I was worried about getting a large bill because my car is older. But they called me soon after it was towed there to tell me the car was fixed and ready to go and it would cost only $55. I appreciated that they didn't try to over-sell me stuff that my car didn't need and did exactly what was needed to get the job done. They also took time explaining to me about what happened. They seemed as honest and reliable a car shop as you might be able to find. I plan to take my car back here anytime it needs serviced. read more

These guys are great. My Buick turn signals stopped working and weren't any better after I replaced all the bulbs. I called this morning and they had it fixed the same day. That is fast service! Cheap too. Very glad to recommend these folks to you. read more
