I entered into an…read moreagreement with him on 8-19-2022 to represent me in a divorce proceeding and gave him an initial check for $5000.00 that would cover us through mediation. Nineteen days later, 9-07-22, wife not served yet and he already needs another $507.00 for additional funding, whatever that is. This should have been a trigger to me. I told him before the agreement that serving my wife may be a little difficult because she is not likely to open the door if she doesn't know who is calling. He responded saying "don't worry, not a problem, we have other means". On November 30, an additional 84 days later, he told me he was having her served by the police and he was paying the police $40 "OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET". Wait a minute, what happened to the $5500 I gave you? Finally, after 6 months and a number of phone calls later, she still had not been served. I then made the decision to fire Bozo Beckus. What a waste of time and resources he was. He told me he would return $2400 and only charge me $3100. Mind you, she was never served. Once he has your money it is a one way street. He has it, not much you can do. Be careful with his contract as it is obviously written in his favor. Be innovative, add your language, perhaps something in your favor, an out if he is not performing. If he objects, that is a red flag.

After 20 minutes, I confirmed my appointment time with the receptionist. Yes, it was 2:30. No explanation or apology offered for the delay. Another 8 minutes, bringing my total wait time to 28 minutes...I walked out. The telephone # for this business is always the same, but depending on where you look online, there are different addresses. That seems odd. The office I visited is on Kori Road. Why would anyone want to hire a lawyer who does not value YOUR time?!

Back in 2017 hired them to do a Probate Case. Paid $6000…read more Unprofessional Office Manager named Mustafa. He was very argumentative and threatened to have me sanctioned . I had multiple attorneys within that office. There was only 1 attorney that was professional and sent me a lpetter stating she was leaving the office. After that I never was notified of who my attorney was at any given time. They charged me $6000 for a Formal Administration Probate. I did all the work on getting all the paperwork on any creditors. They were aware that there was a Mortgage on the house and never notified the Mortgage Company. I notified the Mortgage Company myself on several occasions. Still no response from the mortgage company in reference to this Probate case. I spent more time on this case than they ever did. I also asked for a dispense report on the money that I gave them and all they gave me is copy of the court docket showing the expenses. They refused to refund me any money in order to hire a different lawyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM. And watch your money and do your research on when hiring a lawyer/attorney's.
