Got the app through groupon. I was told I'd be having the consultation and treatment on the same day. When i got there for my appointment, I was told by ms moll herself that I'm abit early and should go get a coffee. After I went back I was told by ms moll that she is unwell and she cannot do anything today and will have to rearrange. No apology was given whatsoever.I did however have approximately a 2 minute consultation standing up in a room with the door open so everyone at the waiting area could hear everything. After which I was given another appointment 7 weeks later for the actual treatment. I was really annoyed that i wasn't informed about this earlier as I'd taken a day off from work for this but as she was unwell I didn't make a fuss. 7 weeks later the day before my app I called to make sure it was still on, only to be told my appointment has been changed to an hour later as ms moll needs to go hispital in the morning. Again I took a day off to get the treatment done. When I got there ms moll herself was very laid back, she wasnt welcoming at all and while I was waiting to b seen ms moll was just sitting around having a conversation with her staff. We just sat there being ignored. Eventually when ms moll decided she wanted to start on my treatment, she told me to go into the room while she carried on talking to her staff, i didn't know if i should go sit or stand in there. I was just standing around. She then arrived and when i asked her what she wants me to do, she told me to lie down. There was no explanation given as to what will be done, she asked me to lie down and started on removing the mole on my Face.I'd asked if it will hurt she replied 'yes extremely' there was no reassurance whatsoever. Nothing was applied to numb the area and she started work on it straight away. It was quite painful but i just has to bear it. the treatment didnt last no more than 10 mins. After it was done I wasn't even shown what she had done, just a plaster was put on and I was told I can leave and the receptionist will give me aftercare advice. Overall the service was extremely poor, ms moll is so unbelievably unwelcoming and unfriendly and the most unprofessional individual I've ever come across. I'll never be recommending this place to anyone, if anything I'm hoping my review will make people think twice about going to the moll clinic as no one deserves to be treated like that. As a client/customer I did not feel valued or put at ease about my treatment. Instead ive left the clinic feeling extremely traumatised. Should I need aftercare I certainly won't be going back there. read more

WARNING - Do not believe the good reviews on this website 0 stars 0 everything! I have never written a review, but This place is horrific. I am currently having laser tattoo removal there and the therapist Rosanna if you can call her that, has no idea what she is doing. She is ignorant, rude and incompetent. I'm only going back because I have paid so much money, I am so upset with my treatment as it was a rushed laser removal treatment with no results, I feel utterly ripped off and taken advantage off. Rosanna has also got a deal on for tattoo removal, 6 more treatments for a low price, but I can't bring myself to put up with her any longer than I have to, and just said no. She pushed it a bit, and when I declined again and we went in for my treatment, she did probably the worst, quickest, most effortless laser session and again with no results. DO NOT believe any of the positive reviews on here as they are all FAKE. Please everyone take the time to scroll down and read the reviews of this TERRIBLE place. I can't believe that the negative reviews go all the way back to 2011. It is shocking that this woman is able to carry on practising in London using high tech equipment, but the truth is you do not have to be a Dr to operate a laser machine! It just takes a 3 day course. Every time people say the truth about this awful place, magically very positive reviews appear (mostly by men?) to shadow the true reviews. I got completely robbed by this rude and unprofessional woman. It's a disgrace she still has her business. On one occasion I was waiting for my treatment, I overheard a telephone conversation (and believe me, she wasn't happy) She was on the phone to a solicitor as a client was going to sue her! So who knows what that could have been about? (This is the point when I should have left) This just goes to show, that this so called clinic is a hazard, and should be avoided at all costs I wish I never went to The Moll Clinic for treatment, I have since been elsewhere, and from one session, I have had great results! My consultant that I am seeing at the moment said to me, the laser is only as good as the consultant who is doing the laser treatment! Tattoo Removal Update!I had left a review on here a while ago! Back in Feb 2013As it was my first time here, the owner seemed lovely, and I said to her that I would leave good feed back, as there were a lot of bad reviews about the Moll ClinicAfter my first treatment I was so happy with the results that I booked & paid for other tattoo removal treatment on 2 other tattoos!As she took her time 10-15 minutes, and covered the whole tattoo it looked good.However I have been back 4 times since then (and dreading it each time), and thought I would share my experience.Rosanna is quite unpleasant, and when asked a question its just a straight yes or no! No explanation, no nothing?Rosanna is very rude, unprofessional & seems to have no time for you at all!In all honestly the tattoos looked like they have hardly been touched on my second, third & forth visit was only in the treatment room 2-3 minutes, obviously I had my concerns & wanted to talk to her about it.I felt intimidated to approach her regarding my treatment as she is very hostile, however I did. She wasn't very happy about it, but neither was I about the tattoo removal treatment that I had received.My only real concern is that the laser treatment could have been a lot better and the treatment should have been professional (to cover the whole tattoo on each session), as the results have been quite bad! As no time was spent on them at all. All the tattoo treatments I have received has never been for or on the full tattoo itself, always a corner of the tattoo has been lased each visit per tattoo?Funny thing was on my last visit 02/08/13, Rosanna was rather nice?Then at the end of the session, she advised there was a deal on for laser tattoo removal And that she would have the tattoos completely removed over the course of the next 6 sessions!(Heard that before on my first visit when I also booked & paid for another course of treatments for 2 other tattoos). very dodge place _ do not go there. .i went there to enquire about removal and eyebrow tattoo. .the owner, asked me to fill in a very simple assessment. there was basic questions as allergies if you are taking any medicine, skin problemsnothing out of ordinary for a beauty clinic. .on the same day i paid by cash to remove my eyebrow tattoo by laser. .then, i was booked to do a tattoo in two weeks time, which is another treatment. she asked the money up front to show i was serious. so i did by direct debit. .in the same evening, after reading the reviews here i got very scared, went back there, in less than 24 hours, and asked to cancel my transition on my debit card regarding the tattoo due to change in circumstances. look all the excuses i heard: 1-. you have to send an email to ask for cancellation, i refused 2-. come back at the end of the month, i refused 3-. before cancelling she needs to talk to her accountant, i refused 4-. she did not know how to cancel the transaction, as it was her first time ever someone asked that in 17 years, hermmi don't know about that and, finally : the grand finale : .she showed me the initial assessment, which i filled out and singed. . what she does is; . let the client do it by hand, sign and give to her. .after we leave the place, she writes down whatever she wants on it, with prices and then say that you sing a form non refundable with all the treatment written there..!!!!!!!!! .how come if all the things that were written there were not written in front of me !!! . i gave the form back and no treatment was written there, nothing !!! .she says does not matter, it is there and there is my signature . . i got on the phone to call police and she changed her mind and cancelled the transition straight way. thank you everyone to write here, it is a very very dodge place. ps: bare in mind that after my review, it will follow few 5 stars reviews as always..what a pattern here. read more

WARNING NEVER USE THE MOLL CLINIC I attended the Moll Clinic to get my eyebrows tattooed on. I should have walked out on the day i arrived, the owner Rosannah Moll was incredibly rude to another customer there, so much so that a customer sitting next to me who had paid £150 was so disgusted by her behaviour that she left without having her treatment or getting a refund. I should have followed her, why oh why didnt I? After losing two customers (the woman she was so insultingly rude to also left) Rosannah was on her best behaviour with me, but my gut still told me to leave. Unfortunatley i did not listen to my gut and had my eyebrows done, they came out well but after three days they had crusted over and dropped off completely. I called Rosannah several times and eventually managed to rebook another appointment. The same thing happened, she did my eyebrows they were fine, i vaselined like i was supposed to and after three days they had crusted over and completely dropped off. This happened a third time and then i eventually decided that it must stop. Each time she was redoing the eybrows she was pressing a little harder, and i was afraid she was going to press too hard and scar my face. She rather oddly kept on stating that the eyebrows were there, they just needed going over??? Anyway the after the final time, she refused to take or return my calls, so i went to her little shop to request a refund, she had £150 of my money and i had nothing in return. She point blank refused to give a refund, said she doesn't give refunds. Now i have to go to small claims court to get my money back. Like i said at the beginning, i really wish i had listened to my gut at the start. AVOID IT PLEASE!!!! The lady is RUDE, MOODY and can't do her job properly!!! I went there with my friend and Rosana was rude with both of us. She welcomed us by a 'what are you here for?', very nice.. Then the nightmare began, half an hour late to get waxed I went dowstairs in a very dark room waiting for her. After 10 more minutes, she finally arrived, 'SO, you're not ready?what have you been doing?', erm okay.. I did not have choice between hot/warm or marshmallow wax as inidcated on the website, she just said 'today is marshmallow', right.. Then, she started being rude basically holding my legs against the table telling me 'am i making sense?' like 10 times..And then she was all about complaining, 'usually I do not wax, only laser treatment, it's much better but well, I have to today I guess. Is your friend getting waxed as well? By the way she is quite rude' I was in shock, I told her my friend might be nervous and this is her answer 'well, nobody forced to come.If she wants, she can go home'.. She managed to do a hollywood waxing within less than 10 minutes, as soon as it was 'done', she switched off the light and told me to get dressed while staying in the same room complaining that she was having a long day ahead.. I forgot to say whenever the phone was ringing she would moan and not pick up! The waxing was awfully done, my friend has the same experience as me. We do not usually write bad reviews but I do think people need to know that they should AVOID THIS PLACE!! I have been going to beauty salons fo a good 10 year, this is by far the worse experience I've ever had. When I read that some people leave positive feedbacks I can't help but think it might be the owner writing them!!!Check on google, a lot of people felt as bad (sometimes worse) as me. I have been going to The Moll Clinic for tattoo removal for the past few months. I have previously had tattoos removed elsewhere, and I have to say that The moll Clinic is by far the best place I have been to yet! I am writing this review after reading the negative reviews listed on Qype Rossana has always been lovely to me, and unless she treats me different to other clients I can not imagine how anyone could say she is anything other than professional, friendly, knowledgable, helpful and polite. She is slightly eccentric, but in a very nice way, and she is a real pleasure to be around! If i had a suspicious mind I might think the bad reviews on here are written by a competitor of The Moll Clinic, as I really cannot believe that the kind lady that has treated me could/would be rude to a client that she has worked so hard to gain! Anyway, the Laser that is used at The Moll Clinic is the latest laser by Lynton (these are the market leaders in cosmetic lasers) and the results are great. As I said, previous I had treatments at other clinics and have never got results as good as I get from The moll Clinic. I did research on the best lasers before I contacted the Moll clinic and wanted to use someone that used Lynton! Someone has suggested that good reviews on here from men may not be genuine (suspicious minds again ;) ) I can assure you that I am a real person and a real client of The Moll Clinic. If you are in any doubt about using them, just pop in and speak to Rossana, I am sure your mind will be put at rest! I should just add that Kelly the receptionist is great too. The owner (and woman who does the treatments) is rude and unpleasant and barely acknowledges your existence. At my first IPL treatment she gave no advice as to what to do or not to do and dismissed my questions with one or two word terse answers. From today's experience, I would say she is extremely unprofessional. Today when I arrived for my appointment the owner was in the small reception area shouting down the phone at the computer or server helpline in the full hearing of 4 other customers apart from myself. This went on for about 20 minutes while I was there. It seems she'd had no internet connection for 2 days, which must have been frustrating, but this could have been dealt with by the receptionist and was no reason to behave badly to the customers. She did not care how long people waited and said to the receptionist I'm not seeing anyone until this is sorted! as though it were acceptable to punish the customers for her bad experience. The receptionist, who is friendly and helpful, but didn't dare interrupt, suggested that people might like to go for a coffee for an hour while it was sorted, but people had other plans for the day so couldn't. When she eventually saw me, I wondered if I was being stupid allowing someone in such a foul mood to treat me. She demanded What are you having done? (she never knows) and slapped on the gel. I had to ask her twice to cover the whole area. I could not wait to get out of there. It is not worth being treated so rudely and miserably not even with a Groupon. The 5* star reviews are a joke and obviously fake. Anyone who's been there knows that the 'staff' are just her and a receptionist! read more

DO NOT GO TO THE MOLL CLINIC! AN UNBELIEVABLY RUDE THERAPIST. 0 STARS! I never complain about anything but I have been so appalled by the entire service! After 4 sessions of tattoo removal I am still yet to see the slightest improvement! On my first treatment i was kept waiting almost an hour for a treatment that took less than 3 minutes. I found the therapist to exceptionally rude and ignorant. She gave no apologies for the wait! made no effort to talk to me and when I asked for advise on after care she arrogantly told me 'it's common sense really' which I felt was patronising and condescending. On my third treatment Rosanna actually had the cheek to tell me that it had faded a lot! My tattoo still looks exactly the same as the day i walked into the clinic. I have since sort professional advise and due to size and colour of my tattoo he said it should be gone. I have patiently waited as I wanted to see the treatment through to the end but it has been a complete waste of time and money. I am so disappointed I can't work out if I am more shocked by Rosanna's attitude than her incompetence in her trade. considering the nature of her business I must say her interpersonal skills are lacking. Had she of been a little more friendly I would have probably thought twice about writing such a harsh review but she really is a rude lady. I normally enjoy trips to hair salons and spa's but I hated going to the Moll clinic because she so cold it made me feel awkward. Alright, so I got an offer for laser hair removal from this place on Groupon which was 2 medium areas for £119. At first, I was really stoked and excited because the price was amazing and I was really looking forward to coming. I had spoken on the phone to Kelly the receptionist and she was super friendly. Well, the day before my first appointment I searched reviews online and I was horrified to see 1 star rating and horrible experiences about how Rosanna is really rude and doesn't know what she's doing. I was so gutted and felt really nervous about going and in all honesty considered cancelling my appointment!! I went the next day anyway with my friend. I was very pleasantly surpsised to that service I received was really really good! Rosanna and Kelly both were very friend and easy to talk to. I was gobsmacked at how the reviews had described the clinic was and how it was in reality! Me and my friend can't get over how horrid the reviews were - we received fabulous service! I've been there three times now and also added on laser for another area at a really great price. The area is quite an intimate area, but Rosanna didn't make me feel awkward at all! Whats also very pleasing is that I'm already noticing balding patches and slower, thinner hair regrowth. I have noooo idea how other people have managed to have a bad experience with the Moll Clinic. I would definitely recommend (and I also have!) and I will definitely trust Rosanna with treating me in the future. read more

Told off for questioning the quality of service. 3rd time- (after emailing to complain about patchy result) lectured about how when you buy 'deals' you have no right to complain- another rushed appointment. WHY DID I GO BACK? Hope, I think! 4th time- rushed appointment PATCHY results,- checked in with another laser practitioner and have been assured the treatments are sub standard. The first time I went to the Moll clinic it was late evening. I empathetically asked Rosanna if she had been standing on her feet all day and she sneered, Well it's my choice! 5 rushed, moody laser removal treatments followed. 2 rescheduled by her, half an hour before each appointment. She never lasered the full areas, and scorned me when I asked her to, saying that she knew what she was doing and if hair still grows it is due to a hormone imbalance the thing is though, I can feel where the laser zaps, and she was placing it arbitrarily all over the place. I asked for face and neck and she would do part of my cheek and chin. She is just generally terse and unpleasant. All about the money. Before my 6th treatment, she asked if I wanted a year long maintenance package for £50. A great price right? I can't bring myself to put up with her anymore, and just said no. She pushed it a bit, and when I declined again and we went in for my treatment, she did probably the worst, quickest, most effortless laser session. On my way out I said bye and she totally ignored me. Rosanna, you work with people, learn how to communicate with them. I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from though they seem to be primarily men as someone pointed out. Maybe this should be a male only clinic. 1*- 1*= 0 What she deserves.What a horrible experience I've had at this clinic.! The lady (owner) of the clinic is so unprofessional, rude,bossy and makes you feel so small that i wanted to cry. I went there for a consultation and she never gave me one,not a skin test nothing,but went straight to the point ''it will cast you this and that and i need the money upfront'' she booked me in straight way as she saw that was edgy on making a decision.She started the treatment and kept stopping to serve other people so i was at the clinic more then three hours,my treatment was so painful and i kept telling her please stop as it is painful,but she kept telling me that if i can not resist the pain she would stop the treatment.In any case,at some point after my eyes were swollen like a bloodshot she told me i cant deal with u anymore because i was a nerve wreck and couldn't handle the pain. And she told me to go home and come back when i could resist the pain.! I went home with one eye being tattooed and the other one barely touched.I ended up walking from the clinic in tears and a terrible pain..:( Please read the reviews before you go to see this women as she is not a professional at all,and her clinic has no standards what so ever,is dirty and not hygienic.Will i go beck!? I had a mole removal treatment, with a very disappointing result. Months after the treatment, it still hasn't healed, she keeps telling me it's because I am a slow healer, but it can't be right can it? I shared my experience with a friend who had her moles removed at a different clinic. We were astonished by the difference in the standards. At my friend's clinic, they made her read and sign an agreement first of all (which she was given a copy of), and afterwards, she received an aftercare instruction sheet (explaining it's okay to shower, avoid swimming pool / bath for a few days etc). They told her to Keep it covered with a plaster for the first night, as you might get tiny amount of bleeding which might stain your clothes. Don't touch it, but once it starts to heal, apply nappy-rash cream to help the process. Now that sounds like a proper treatment and advice to me. What happened at the Moll Clinic was, I signed nothing, she explained nothing, and when I asked her questions afterwards like Can I shower tonight? Shall I keep it covered up? She couldn't be bothered to answer, just said Yes, just leave it to heal. And it still hasn't. Now I am very worried, did anyone else have a mole removal treatment, and if so, did you receive a better treatment & aftercare than me? read more

I've never written a review before, but this place is so bad that I thought it would be worth it, if only as a word of warning for anyone thinking of spending any money here. You can be sure it will be a complete waste. Watch out for fake reviews as well: as others have already noted, I am convinced that at least half of the reviews on this page are not genuine. I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. First appointment: place was dirty, the protective glasses I was given were filthy and broken. There is no proper door between the waiting room and the lab, and people can see you getting undressed. The whole appointment was extemely rushed: I spent all of 2 minutes in the dingy lab, and was given no aftercare instructions whatsoever. Second appointment: cancelled and postponed until 3 weeks later. A total of 2 months therefore elapsed between my 1st and 2nd appointment, making the laser hair removal treatment completely ineffective. Third appointment: they called to cancel 20 minutes before I arrived, after I had traipsed half way across London, again due to 'faulty equipment'. My hard-earned £100 have been completely wasted. I would strongly recommend spending a bit more money and going to a more reputable salon. read more

The owner has inexplicably bad attitude for someone in the service industry.First of all, she was rude to me, and then I witnessed her being even ruder to a potential customer, who naturally walked off, clearly not happy. The treatment room was unhygienic, treatment was rushed because the owner was running late.I am in the Health and Safety line of work and spotted something that raised my concern.I reported the incident to a relevant department afterwards, and was informed that the salon has already been looked into by another customer(s) complaints. So there.Please spend your hard-earned money on something better and avoid this salon. P.s. Advice for those wanting to get a refund from Moll Clinic Don't wait for Rosanna to give you a refund voluntarily. She WON'T. With me, first she promised I will be refunded by the end of the day. After a few days, nothing. Second time, she promised I will be refunded within an hour. Again, nothing. Third time, she promised me I will be refunded as soon as she has money (what!?), again, nothing. In the end, I disputed the transaction I made on my credit card, and Visa reversed the payment. The salon owner is charming and friendly when she is in a good mood, but when she is not, she treats her customers like nuisances and is very unpleasant. Making appointments is pointless, you'd spend 20-45 minutes waiting after arriving on time. I had a course of underarm hair removal treatment, and after a few sessions I began to notice inconsistency; when the salon owner is in a good, relaxed mood, she'd treat 6-8 zaps per underarm. But when she is in a foul mood, or is in a rush because of their poor timekeeping, it's 2-3 zaps per underarm. The other day, I was in the treatment room, and she was having an argument with an upset customer. The customer was unhappy because he had made an appointment, arrived on time, but was told to come back in an hour's time. He had other plans, and was understandably frustrated. The salon owner then came into the treatment room, hurriedly treated my underarms whilst rudely mouthing off the customer she had just turned away. It was unbelievably unprofessional and off-putting. I do not recommend this clinic the treatment sessions are often rushed, and thus ineffective. If you are thinking of spending good money, you deserve better than the Moll Clinic. read more
