The apartment I stayed in was one bedroom one bath. Dishwasher, in unit laundry and dryer machine, parking right outside. You pay for your own electricity bill. Rent is reasonable and affordable. They gave me a call back telling me they will not fix my tire because anyone could put nails on the ground. I took a video and I took pictures to prove my case. Whenever any sort of maintenance came up, Adam and his staff were courteous and efficient, emailing me asap (at times even after office hours) to keep me updated. The location is also excellent if you're going to be working in Research Park itself; it is very centrally located (less than 10 minutes from University Drive, close to Slaughter Road, minutes from 255, etc.). It's also great for running and exercise outside. We walked to Bridgestreet regularly from our apartment. If you're going to want to be living in this area of Huntsville, I can't recommend the Bridges in Research Park enough.

I stormed in the door, I was so disappointed, and there she was, about 22 years old, and playing "Real Estate Agent". I said, "What?! I was told $569, your website said so!" "O no no,ma'me, That is just my base price ( some mumbo jumbo about how real estate works, which basically said that's how we hook you in. ) "it's going to cost you endless fees, far more than we advertised, and now you don't have enough money." I sure don't, plus there was a fee for Everything. Even to run the credit report. I'm just starting out, and I wasn't prepared to pony up more than $2K. They lie on their website, be aware. Thank God I found The Moderne At Providence. This brand new apartment complex, so I'm the first person to ever live in my unit. Yay! You have your choice of multiple floor plans for two and three bedroom apartments. There is a beautiful swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a fitness center. Tina and Laura (the property managers) were fantastic at making me feel welcome. It's not something they did just to get me to rent at The Moderne; it is who they are as people. What I like as much as I like my unit is that The Moderne At Providence is in the cut. It's peaceful. It's not a place that someone is going to say I was just driving by. It located in The Villiage of Providence which a great area for single professionals. It has restaurants, bars, a dry cleaner, a nail shop, and a CVS within walking distance. Plus, it's not far from Spouts in Madison and many more restaurants on Hwy 72. It's close to Research Parkway, shopping at The Bridge Street Town Center. A short ride to the University of Alabama, Huntsville and Alabama A&M University.
