During my visit, I clearly informed an associate that I am seeking a one-bedroom apartment and will be utilizing a housing voucher. I also located listings on third-party platforms where the same company was identified as the broker or leasing agent. I provided them with specific unit information that met my needs and requirements. Despite this, I never received any follow-up communication. Each time I contacted them, I was told that someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. Meanwhile, the units I inquired about were eventually marked as no longer available, with no explanation or update provided to me. The lack of communication, especially after disclosing my voucher, raises concerns that I may have been intentionally ignored or treated unfairly. Even when I reply with the following messages I still haven't received any response (I'm feeling a bit confused and concerned. I've asked several specific questions about the units and have not received clear responses, including my request for the location of your office. At this point, I would prefer to speak with someone in person, as communicating only through messages has not been effective for me. Please let me know where your office is located and when I can come in to discuss the available units directly. Due to the lack of responses to my questions, I'm beginning to feel unsure about moving forward, and I want to make sure everything is legitimate before proceeding any further.)

I wrote an angry letter about them failing to reflect a payment that I had made and the main guy called me all upset. He confront me about the slight I had added about his company, but didn't want to talk about the myriad of complaints the letter had contained. Once again this month they have screwed up my payments. This time they didn't cash my last month's check until today (a month later). It really screwed up my books. Now it feels like I'll be paying double. I double checked the date on the check. It was dated for a month ago, so it just sat on their desk until now. Not sure how they stay in business.
