I also located listings on third-party platforms where the same company was identified as the broker or leasing agent. I provided them with specific unit information that met my needs and requirements. Despite this, I never received any follow-up communication. Each time I contacted them, I was told that someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. Meanwhile, the units I inquired about were eventually marked as no longer available, with no explanation or update provided to me. The lack of communication, especially after disclosing my voucher, raises concerns that I may have been intentionally ignored or treated unfairly. Even when I reply with the following messages I still haven't received any response (I'm feeling a bit confused and concerned. I've asked several specific questions about the units and have not received clear responses, including my request for the location of your office. At this point, I would prefer to speak with someone in person, as communicating only through messages has not been effective for me. Please let me know where your office is located and when I can come in to discuss the available units directly. There were claims that his site is inaccurate and that they don't know what those postings are or they aren't up to date. That isn't exactly my problem. We were told that he would get back to us in a few days, and its been a few weeks going on a month and we still haven't heard from him. And this site telling me that the response time is around 20 mins is absurd. Youre 20 mins late 3.5 weeks ago. Website - epitome of laziness and lack of professionalism.
