The job was to clean and treat the roof for moss and pressure wash the house. They didn't show on…read morethe scheduled day and didn't call. On the next scheduled day they showed several hours late and again didn't call. They burned the daylight on the roof and insisted on washing the house in the dark. When it was time to pay he wanted an additional $300.00 for using cleaner on the house. When I started to write the check he said he would have to charge me tax. I couldn't find the quote, so paid what he asked. His parting words were, any problems we will be right back to fix them. I found the quote the next day. It included tax. He over charged me $153.23. I called every day for a week, he never responded. The roof was marginally cleaned. The house was only about 20% cleaned. Everything else just as dirty as before he showed up. He was recommended by someone I know, so I didn't check his reviews, that is on me. Being a dishonest person is on him.

I saw this crew clearing moss off of my neighbor's steep roof and then cleaning his gutters. I snagged a bid and hired them on the spot. They had another job nearby on the South Hill, but said they could return in 3 hours. That gave me time to check the L&I website and their reviews. They are licensed, bonded, and insured and customers seem very pleased with their services. They returned right on time. Jeremy owns the company and is a perfectionist. He had a crew of 3 men . . . all polite, personable, courteous, with a good sense of humor. They take safety seriously . . . they were careful and secured the ladder for each other (and for me). I am a retired woman. One of my neighbors reprimanded me for climbing up on my roof, but these guys took it in stride and looked out for my safety as if I were part of the team. They protected my plants, laid plenty of tarps over the concrete and were respectful of my property. Their work was flawless and the clean-up was just as meticulous. They power washed the house, my deck, and the portion of the fence that received "splatter" as well as the driveway, sidewalk, and front steps. They even power washed around the curb. (Honestly, my only concern is that they may raise my neighbors expectations, because when they left, everything looked better than when they arrived.) Would I hire them again? Absolutely. They got to the point in the project that touchups were all that was left and I made the mistake of signing the check. Now they are not returning phone calls or showing up to finish the job. It has been 3 weeks since I was told they would be back the next day to finish touch ups and they have only called back once two weeks ago and said they would get right on the final touch ups. The crew made no attempt to prevent unnecessary damage to plants (some is to be expected). The crew left trash from the window wrap and empty paint buckets around the house.
