We had to replace 5 screens destroyed by the pressure washers. When I pointed it out, there was immediate non-responsibility. They had problems with their equipment, their pressure washers wouldn't start, one had to be repaired with some kind of quick epoxy that really needed 6 hours to cure, but was apparently ok after 10 minutes. Pay attention! They preferred cash, so we paid them in cash. Then we started walking around the house and immediately in the backyard all you could smell was gasoline. Trying to identify the gasoline smell took some time, but finally found the pool in the grass. Black and greasy... it had sat there leaking for a while, then ran the natural grade of the backyard. Look it up, there is absolutely nothing you can do with gasoline saturated grass. Our home is immaculately maintained. We wouldn't have screens in this condition for even 1 day, and so we had to go buy screening materials and replace them. The wood around the garage door in the back was totally gouged. I'm really disappointed. It was an expensive mistake. There is nothing that they can do to repair the damage done to the grass. It's just going to take time, with care and attention. There's no way we can sell now, with that 10 foot eye sore in the backyard. So sad. Pay attention!

I saw this crew clearing moss off of my neighbor's steep roof and then cleaning his gutters. I snagged a bid and hired them on the spot. They had another job nearby on the South Hill, but said they could return in 3 hours. That gave me time to check the L&I website and their reviews. They are licensed, bonded, and insured and customers seem very pleased with their services. They returned right on time. Jeremy owns the company and is a perfectionist. He had a crew of 3 men . . . all polite, personable, courteous, with a good sense of humor. They take safety seriously . . . they were careful and secured the ladder for each other (and for me). I am a retired woman. One of my neighbors reprimanded me for climbing up on my roof, but these guys took it in stride and looked out for my safety as if I were part of the team. They protected my plants, laid plenty of tarps over the concrete and were respectful of my property. Their work was flawless and the clean-up was just as meticulous. They power washed the house, my deck, and the portion of the fence that received "splatter" as well as the driveway, sidewalk, and front steps. They even power washed around the curb.
