She walked to the freezer and took out the ice block. I asked her "Are you going to wash your hands?" She said "I will have gloves on, but I'll wash them if you want me to". I said yes please because you were on your phone and who knows what's on your hands. That so gross that had I not asked her to wash her hands, she wouldn't have. She did wash her hands and put on gloves but she didn't put enough syrup. You can tell it was low on syrup. Will not be back.

I requested my own tiny yellow gold cross be inset into a white gold band to make a pinky ring. Several times I requested pictures or drawings of what was being made. Nothing. Several times I attempted to verify that the cross would be inset in a white gold band. I was told it would indeed be. TWO MONTHS LATER, I received my own yellow gold cross that had simply been extended and formed into a ring. That was it. No white gold band. My own extended, ring-shaped yellow gold cross. For the sum of $500.00, I received a $40 ring, obtainable through Etsy. I would never do business with this place again. They are far more interested in buying used gold from walk-ins than in actually making jewelry. And they are rather rude at it to boot. EDIT: To the shop owner's response: I picked up the right because it was days before Christmas and it was a gift. If your representation is now that you will make the ring as I originally requested, I will bring it back into your shop so you may do so. Hopefully, I will then be able to amend this review.
