I'm one of those older guys who always thinks he can do more than he probably should, so I'm constantly pushing myself to the limit. That usually takes a toll, but these guys keep putting me back together and keeping me active. I'm physically stronger and in less pain now than I was 20 years ago, and that's because of this place. The therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and great at finding the root cause of issues instead of just treating symptoms. I'm incredibly thankful they keep me in the gym and on the road, running virtually pain-free. And yes, they now see my entire family, because they're that good. They currently treat my son for a knee issue and are amazing with him, especially since he was nervous to come in because of his autism. My wife goes there for herniated discs, and they've helped her feel stronger and so much better. Even my daughter came in after waking up one morning with severe back pain, they fixed her right up, and she didn't even want to stop coming once she hit 100% (we finally had to tell her she was good!). However, the PTA's just go through the motions with no direction or reasoning for exercises. My sessions were supposed to be 40 min and were barely 30. I was supposed to have a PT Dr. and was switched out, and just felt it wasn't worth my copay and travel time. Also, FYI I watched numerous times people struggling to enter and exit with walkers and wheelchairs...no automatic doors.
