I had to change the date, no problem they are flexible. Come moving day, Gabriel and Brent showed up on time, and conducted the move without a hitch. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole operation. Gabriel and Brent were careful, respectful and methodical in loading and unloading my belongings, including a huge glass china cabinet and grandfather clock. There was not a scratch or broken item when it was unpacked on the other end. At a time when you read all sorts of horror stories about movers, this company stands out heads and shoulders above the rest and I recommend them without reservation. Terry and his partner were incredibly fast and did everything I needed. They were careful with my belongings and both properties. There were no dinged walls or doorways and everything made it in one piece amazingly. My new apartment is on the third floor of an older building with no elevator and narrow, brutal stairs. Despite providing clear details upfront about the amount of furniture, stairs, and locations involved, the company only sent two movers. The final bill ended up being over $1,700, far above what I was led to expect. When I called to discuss the huge difference with management, the response was immediately defensive. I was basically told that because the quote was hourly, there was nothing they could do. I understand estimates can vary, but this felt very misleading and poorly planned from the beginning. If the job realistically required more time or additional movers, that should have been communicated upfront instead of leaving customers shocked by a bill hundreds of dollars higher than expected.
