First of all, it was an urgent matter and they showed up on time and ready as promised. Then they went above and beyond the original request when I realized there was more to dispose of than I originally estimated. Pricing was good considering their response time and additional workload. Brad and his teammate member Jason were great. Good estimates. Great communication. Very professional and friendly. I asked for an estimate and in less than 5 hours they had already sent me an estimate and possible time slots to decide when was convenient for me to have them clean my garage. I called several companies, but DDJR offered me the best price; later on, while they were engaged in the work, I realized they knew what they were doing. They came two days after I contacted them; about 8am they were at my door asking if they were able to start. By 1pm they had removed all the junk, cleaned the garage floor and walls, loaded the junk in their truck, and I was ready to say goodbye forever to my junk. Matias, the owner, is a courteous, friendly yet professional guy that took his job seriously; the guy working with him followed his direction so there was no idle time for which I was charged. Several times I showed my face by the garage to find out how things were going and while Matias explained to me how the decloaking process was going, the other guy kept working. They brought the necessary equipment and utilized the time effectively. Additionally, I got a really good price. He ripped the bottom side of the sofa and scuffed the legs and tried to blame it on it being a floor model. There are black marks and lines on different parts of the sofa. Even worse, he had a younger gentleman with him and was very rude to him and told him it was his last day and belittled him in front of me and made comments about his English.
