I had specifically told them in advance that would cause a problem and had showed Billy where he could dump the waste on my property. I made four separate phone calls afterwards to request they clean up the mess, and spoke with an assistant who promised me it would be taken care of. More than a month passed and Billy never called nor did he fix the problem. I had to do it myself.
