Took forever to fix mower. 2 1/2 months. Blamed it on parts supplier. Should have bought part on ebay and done myself.

Took my mower in there ,,pu 100 dollars down ,,,was going to unload it from the truck,,when I was approached by two of the rudest people I've ever met on my life ,,down rating my mower, the didn't want to work on it and called the so called Boss,I asked them if they wanted to work,,,they SLAMMED,,the tailgate on my truck and told me to get off the property,,,with my obsolete mower,,before tat on another visit they blew the front tire out,,and broke my carburetor,,,git home was leaking gas all over my truck,,took it back ,,,they said I broke the carburetor,,,which I never touched and charged me 400.00 to replace it,,routed several cables wrong and they were rubbing on the pulleysburning holes in a brand new cables,,,took over a month to get all that GREAT service,,,I have never been treated so badly for being a high dollar customer for years there,,,I wouldn't take a tricycle to that bunch ,,and I'm going tell everyone I know not to go there,,,totally appalling,,what ever you do DINT GO there..1/4 of a star read more

This is my yearly stop for mower tuneup and routine maintenance of my two mowers. I purchased both lawnmowers from this location. The owner Scott has always been great to deal with. Very knowledgeable when choosing mowers. The hours are: 8am-5p Monday - Friday, 8- noon Saturday and closed Sunday. From Nov-Feb they are closed Saturday's as well. If it is something that will cost you more to fix then replace they can tell you before starting the repair even. read more

I dropped my riding mower off to get the cable adjusted for the blade height. The guys behind the counter came out and got the information from the mower Id tag. I ended up getting the cable adjusted, new blades and a belt. I picked it up the next day. My mower works amazingly! read more

The employees are great; they are knowledgeable about the equipment, and the work that is performed is done by actual trained professional mechanics. To say the least , customer service is far from even average. Dropped mower off was told would be about 3/3.5 weeks to repair or at least asses, well over 8 weeks later i finally got the unit back. ( to boot i had to always chase down the update of what was going on) They never had any sense of urgency or plan to make things right. I am very disappointed in how my 85 year old father was treated at Mower Depot. He brought his lawn mower in for a repair and after 6 weeks of constant runaround was called in and given someone else's used lawn mower. He informed them that this was not his lawn mower as the serial numbers were different and this was a recon used mower with a different serial number. The owner, Scott Edwards, has refused to rectify the situation. I am appalled that a long established, local business would treat a customer this way, much less a senior citizen.
