I never could get the right color there. I have been going there for about six months. I came in with a botched home bleach job I had done during lockdown and then put box color over. I was fairly happy with the result but it was lighter than I wanted. I washed out to a straw color which I didn't like. I kept requesting a bit darker and finally asked for my natural color (a dark dirty blonde). Instead I got hair which looked almost black with red strands in the sunlight. I had wanted light brown with gold strands in the sunlight (which is what my roots were). I politely told the stylist that I was unhappy with the result and he said that he would dry it and then we could correct the color. After I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the color, all of these shampoo ladies came up to compliment the color. It was very patronizing. They have never done that before and it felt very orchestrated. Once we got the hair dry it was closing time so he told me that it would lighten to the shade I wanted with a couple of washes. I don't see how it can. If anything it will lighten to a sort of auburn color. Moreover, there would have been time to correct the color but I had a wait about an hour to be seen as the previous appointment had run considerably over. To top it all off, I noticed after I left the salon that he got hair dye on my forehead and around my ears, which had stained my skin. Even I know to wipe that when I am coloring my own hair at home. He is a personable guy--they have all been nice (and the atmosphere is pleasant too-which is why I had kept coming back), but I need to find a place that will give me exactly what I'm asking for. Now I will have to go elsewhere and pay more to correct this. I will not be setting foot in this establishment again. read more

Brad was great with my cut, the salon was clean and everyone was friendly! I cannot think of a single reason not to go!!

I went here last minute and they were so nice! It was a trendy little place and they did a wonderful job on my haircut. I have quite long hair and never had a male hairstylist... but he did a great job adding volume to the ends without cutting all of my hair off. I actually just moved here and I like this cut more than the one I had for 2 years! I don't color my hair so I can't give advice there- but I can tell you that they really listen to what you want and go the extra mile (without charging me, he blow dried my hair perfectly to make sure it was how I wanted it). I'm actually going here in 2 months before my wedding--- now that's saying something :) read more

I go here every time I get a cut or a recolor they are always so nice and I have never had any damage I would advise to make a apointment. They are honest when it comes to what would look good and won't lie to make money off of you. I once got my hair botched by Wal-Mart and they fixed it I would and do recommend to all read more

ask for a wedge-ended up with a layer cut that I could have gotten at any Walmart for $20.00 dollars. $54.00 later. I don't believe i'll do that again. read more
