The person I spoke to was Jerry. I received essentially the same response as before and was told that I would not be receiving them at the listed sale price. (Which is a different story compared to the original no stock and lost package story.) To be clear, my issue isn't that the listed price was apparently incorrect. Mistakes happen, and I understand that businesses have costs and need to make money. I don't expect someone to honor a true pricing mistake, but I do expect to be informed there was one and why my order wasn't sent out. What I do have an issue with is the lack of clear communication. If the parts were mispriced, I think most of us would have understood if Bowser simply explained the mistake and cancelled the affected orders. Instead, orders were cancelled, some customers apparently weren't refunded, and questions about the situation haven't been directly answered. For those of us interested in traction equipment, these parts are fairly specialized and don't have alternative vendors so we'd appreciate straightforward communication about what happened. I'm not asking Bowser to honor an obvious pricing mistake--I'd just like an honest explanation and better communication with the customers affected.

I bought a spikes lower from them a month ago and have been in 4 times since then. Every time someone greats me and asks if I need help. The staff is very knowledgeable. They have been very helpful with reloading advice and helped me pick the right trigger for my ar-15. Their prices on reloading stuff is incredible, and they have reloading stuff! Id usually buy reloading products online, nut nationals beats the prices iv been paying by far. No more internet purchases for me. Also they have fast turn around time on special orders, at least a few things I ordered. Do yourself a favor go to the big sporting goods store and choose the weapon your looking for, then save a couple hundred bucks and buy it at nationals.
