When I finally got it, there was oily residue on the outer plastic packaging and on the outside of the string package. The seller's response was that they had "done everything correctly" and that I should contact Amazon. No real effort was made to help resolve the issue, and no ownership was taken once there was a problem. Based on my experience, this was not a seller I would use again.
