I tried talking to the Manager Vicky about this.. she stated we get 4 or 5 of these a month! We have even had our own check washed and the amount changed! She also stated when she saw the check that she thought there was something wrong with the check BUT I let it to go through anyway! ( according to the police IF she had made one phone call she would have discovered the check as bad with in a few min) When I asked her what I should do to make sure my utilities checks don't bounce she said will you could take out a line of credit....
