The staff were responsive via email and phone when we had questions and the on call staff day of was helpful with cleanup instructions and placement of items. We just rented the space which comes with tablecloths for the seating tables and food tables but they have add ons such as decor and silverware you can pay extra for. I loved the flow of the space, we were able to have the food in a separate room from the guest seating and a nice entry space for pictures and gifts. We comfortably fit 40 people. I wouldn't try to squeeze more than 50 in there depending on your set up. They also have beautiful chandeliers throughout the place and we loved that we could bring in our own food and drinks and decor. There were some slight issues with connecting to Bluetooth I think it gets tricky if you have an Apple Watch but we were eventually able to figure it out. They also have a tv with hdmi hook up (you have to bring your own cord) where we were able to display a slideshow. I would highly recommend for baby shower, bridal shower, proposal venue, etc. it's a pretty white blank slate so the decor options are endless. They also provided an easel and coat rack and a few bar top tables that came in handy for gifts.

Randy did an excellent job as MC and DJ for my friends' wedding reception. He came with a full…read moresound system set up, dance party lighting, wireless mic, and was able to hunt down all the odd, random songs that we needed for the event. To start, Randy played the elegant entrance music during the ceremony. He also put a lapel mic on both the groom and the officiant. This was wonderful detail that most facilities overlook. All of our guests were able to hear the couple's vows, even the folks in the very back. Our dinner was buffet style, and each table came outfitted with a name card of a television show. Guests listened for their theme song and could go up for food when the song was played. Not only was this a fun idea, but Randy was able to find my friends' eccentric shows, like Golden Girls, Reading Rainbow, and the theme song to Oprah. In all, about 30 television songs were queued. He even let the catchy themes play out, like Friends and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Months prior to the wedding, when the invitations were sent out, guests were encouraged to log on to the Everlasting Sounds website to request songs. After the list was compiled, the bride and groom reviewed the music and discarded the songs they didn't like. Most of what was on the request list made it to the celebration. It was exciting to hear your song played, plus it made for a fun variety of music. We danced to everything: The Killers, Cupid Shuffle, Elvis Presley, Apple Bottom Jeans, N'SYNC, the Pocahontas theme, and my favorite, Time Warp from Rocky Horror. During the festivities, like cake cutting and garter toss, Randy went along with the groom's shenanigans and got everyone excited and laughing through his announcing. We booked Say Cheese for a four-hour time slot - and Patrick arrived at the venue promptly at the start of our window. Not only did he set up all of his own supplies quickly  - but he even helped us put together our branded backdrop, which definitely would not have happened if he hadn't stuck around to help. Patrick provided a few fun, holiday-themed props - which our guests simply adored! The photos not only print out in strips - but can also be sent right to your phone, which makes it easy to share on social media. I also loved the personalization option of being able to add a logo to the photo strips for the event. This is small detail that makes a big difference.
