I called them back later that day and the next day, the manager did not bother to get on the phone with me but was relaying messages to Megan on the phone. They assured me they would be calling me back. The next day. I received a text message letting me know it would be six more weeks and the manager would update me. I had yet to talk to a manager or receive an apology. I texted back that it was unacceptable since they already had it 6 weeks and they lost it. They said they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Two weeks later I was informed the manager would be picking up the instrument and would contact me. A week later Gabe contacted me and was very apologetic for the situation. This was the first apology that I had received. Gabe is the reason this review got one star. He went above and beyond to apologize, communicate and called me more than once. I did get the instrument back. However, when I went to go pick it up, Megan acted like she did not want to help me or recognize that I was in the store. I paid over $300 to have the instrument fixed and my daughter informed me not all the pads were replaced. Very disappointed in this music store and the customer service received. I will be using a different music store in the future

Our 8-year-old has been taking lessons with Emily for about six months now. Emily has been kind, patient and encouraging. At the same time she keeps our daughter on task and sets goals to keep her challenged. This combination has been a great fit for our daughter. She sits down several times a day to practice without us ever asking. She's truly enjoying her lessons and that makes me a happy mom. We bought an unfinished door harp online and tried to use the parts from it to complete the project. It was an epic fail. We could not get the correct tension on the correct wire as hard as we tried. We stumbled across a store called the Strum Shop in old town Roseville on our way to lunch. Yesterday we picked the door harp up. Since that initial conversation, I've made multiple attempts to follow up with Krista via text. While she has responded occasionally with what now seem to be empty promises, I can see she's reading my messages but continues to ignore them without providing any clear explanation as to why communication has suddenly stopped. It's extremely disappointing and confusing, especially after things started off so positively. At this point, it feels like I'm being completely disregarded without cause.
