Communication is a two way street. I always ask for Lilly if she's available, she is excellent with designs and pays attention to every little detail. She always does my sunflowers perfectly! They recently remodeled and got in new polish, gel, and powders in. So no boring colors here! Any color you can dream of, they've got it! As for pedicures, the technicians are very thoughtful, making sure the water or hot towels are at the right temperature, and making sure the customers are shown how to work the massage chair. I get French tips on my toes most of the time, and they make sure the lines are even in thickness. They make sure to ask if I want my toenails trimmed or not, they don't assume I do just because I'm in the chair. This salon is great! Which means they are very busy. It's a good idea to call and make an appointment before coming, otherwise you may be waiting for a while for your turn.
