My feet are done but the girl Taylor, refused to do my nails. She bounced, hobbled around, and had to fuel the beast by eating while a client sat quietly with 1/2 the service asked for. All while I was there, she took another walk in while I was already there and still waiting for my services to be completed. She continues to bounce around the shop while I needed my nails started. She hobbled around like I was not there. At 1:14 I asked her if she was doing them. She stated,"No", after I was told she would. She stated she has a 2:00. I went with the herbal pedicure and had a fantastic experience. It was the last full day we had in Florida and wanted to end it having a relaxing time. My husband got the cucumber pedicure and he came out loving it. I had a warm neck pillow that was infused herbs and honestly it worked wonders as well as a heating pad for my cramps. It was a truly relaxing environment and service was great. Each person gets a new pack of tools so it makes it feel even more clean and professional. I hope to come back to Florida and have another pedicure experience here. They share a parking lot with other business but they have designated reserved spots for Nini customers which I thought was fantastic. Excellent place to come get your nails done!
