Horrible Product + Horrible CS = Michaels…read more I bought thirteen stems at full price (14.99 plus tax) for my wedding from this store. They were originally clean crisp white. I have been storing them safely (out of the sun, no heat, no smoking in the home etc.) and they are now completely YELLOW. I am beyond devastated as I spent approx $250 on these and they can't be used. I paid this because I was hoping they were high quality. The descriptions says " This snapdragon spray is perfect for weddings and special events. Combine with other white flowers to make a wonderful bouquet for the bride or her attendants with this flower and leaves. Use it in your home or office as part of a beautiful floral arrangement." I'm not sure what bride would purchase white flowers for them to turn yellow before their wedding would say this is perfect. After talking to Michaels customer service, they told me they could only give me a store credit at the lowest price within the last 90 days (8.99). I have to lose money because they sold me a defective product? I have no confidence in even replacing these flowers. I am beyond disappointed in this product and the customer service. Would not recommend to any bride. You'd get better quality from the dollar store. Photos attached from day of purchase and now. I'll also mention michaels wouldn't post the above review of the product because it "directed business away"

I've never made swimwear before and the woman who waited on my has made many and knew exactly what I needed. They have a huge selection of swimwear fabric, and there is something for everyone. The back right corner had sewing equipment as well as PDF patterns for sale from Noodlehead. Just a heads up that these are sold at a premium compared to getting them directly from Noodlehead. This was my first time at the shop but my cousin's second. She says that the other lady running the shop was much more helpful with selection and input as she had questions and the lady in the store was very short with her answers.
