Candle that smells like Christmas but is made local and in house.

The candles and coffee mugs there are made in Tulsa. They have a bunch of little things that would make great gifts for any and every occasion. I will have all the candles. OH! If you bring in your old candle jar they will refill it at a discounted price. How awesome is that?! I can't wait to go back there! Also their bulldog is in the shop and is soooooooo cute and super chill.

some of the cute rattan pieces i have my eye on!

this is one of my favorite shops in tulsa!! they have soo many beautiful home goods and the most unique gifts. the owners are so kind and welcoming, and offered masks at the entrance, in case you forget yours! they're located next to some of tulsa's best restaurants, as well as some other cute local shops. you will definitely want to plan to spend the afternoon walking around and enjoying everything this district has to offer!

This is one of my very favorite stores. I love going in and looking at everything, but if I ever need to order online they are always helpful and take time to wrap my purchase carefully. Their coffee mugs are my favorite thing ever. I have four of them myself and give them as gifts frequently.

I visited The Nest with my friends while we were exploring the area and driving around. It's pretty much the perfect little shop. It has a huge selection of decorations, trinkets and home items. Everything from cute kitchen supplies, to terrariums and fun decorations. Everything is trendy and stylish as well. It isn't one of those "hit or miss places." Pretty much every item is Pinterest-worthy. It's a pretty small space but packed with tons of great finds. I only wish they had a website so I could order stuff from STL!

I love all things from The Nest. The staff have always been nothing but kind and helpful. If you're looking for unique little treasures or some of the best candles in town, head to The Nest on Cherry Street! I also enjoy following them on Instagram. Love their humor!

The staff was super rude and inconsiderate. I used to love this store but I will never spend another dime there!

I have always loved this store and staff. For they always have the best quality of items and those candles they are known for are amazing.

Think bosses, secretaries, children's teachers, etc. i usually end up wandering the store again and again until I settle on a random item. This places accepts credit cards and does complimentary gift wrapping. For my fiancé's secretary and schedulers during Christmas $50 candles. Packaging was divine and came in appropriate old lady scents. They raced about them. For my own bosses during the holidays, light up novelty tumblers and jars of chocolate chip cookies. On this occasion, I came to get a birthday gift for my boss. Personalized items are the best! You can get anything personalized. It shows the person that you took time to get it made, but can still be rather impersonal. Think personalized wine glasses or luggage. Cons: this location was close to my massage place so I came here. It doesn't have parking and I had to walk far to get here. Will definitely just stick to the location closer to my home.

On a Whim carries more up-scale designers. They have clothing, hand bags, shoes, jewelry, baby, and home accents. Also, one of my favorites, On a Whim is one of the few stores in Tulsa to carry Kendra Scott jewelry! The staff is very energetic and always willing to help. It is a very fun store. There is street parking along Peoria, but there is also a large lot behind the store. Again, it is somewhat expensive, but this is the place to find the designer brands. So, you should stop by, On a Whim!

We had to seek them out during our Route 66 Centennial Celebration road trip in the Midwest. We found Buck Atom's Cosmic Curious on 66. Wow, that is a mouth full to say and type! It used to be a 1950's PEMCO gas station and became Buck Atom in 2019 which isn't very long ago. The front where the pumps used to be now has benches. There appears to be a food trailer or truck on its left that wasn't open when we were here. We saw the towering Buck Atom cowboy "Muffler Man" statue who stands 21 feet on the right, his space cowgirl companion Stella Atom who is slightly shorter standing at 19 feet on the left, and in the middle is a small, but cute nostalgic roadside gift shop selling Route 66 memorabilia and souvenirs. Perfect stop for my eldest daughter and I! Buck Atom's welcomes all visitors from around the world to celebrate the magic of the Mother Road Route 66 with cool apparel, fun art, great holiday and treats, nice jewelry, toys, neat souvenirs, nifty stickers, magnets and more. We noticed Buck Atom, Stella Atom, and other giants were on signages, buttons, coffee mugs and tees throughout the shop. This is a must visit iconic roadside attraction! The lady behind the counter was super friendly and sweet. Thank you Julia for the warm welcome and excellent service. I bought some magnets and coasters as keepsakes for me and gifts for friends back home. I wanted to get a t-shirt, too, but they didn't have my size. Julia sent me over to one of their sister shops for the t-shirt... Meadow Gold Mack happens to be diagonally across the street. I did end up dropping by Meadow Gold Mack and getting my Route 66 t-shirt. Thanks Julia!
