You need to put it behind the counter. ( my purse is a Vera Bradley Disney bag) My husband says that's her purse.. she says, ok take your purse out of the bag and I'll put your bag behind the counter. I say nooo these are my belongings. (I have cash, credit cards, car keys, my phone, a Louis Vuitton wallet, and my children's wallets with their cash) She says "you're not allowed to have a back pack, it's on the door"... my husband (who is a police officer) says "let's go! She thinks we're going to steal!" She says, "no, it's just if you happen to turn around and break something you'll have to pay for it". I have never broke anything is any store with my purse in my life. I have also been to this store multiple times with no issues. (I don't carry a normal purse. I ask to speak to the person in charge. When the lady came she said the girl price it wronge and she is not a big business and will not negotiate. She then took it down from the offer up on line and change the price higher. They do not offer grantee. They are very money greed and don't honor what they post on line. Beaware!

I think it is quite a stretch to call this a thrift store ("Forgotten" Treasures?) because it appears that atleast half of their inventory is brand new and often equal to the cost at retail stores. I've even caught the same items cheaper in stores than this place. I honestly have no clue how they are still operating.

Upon delivery they carefully and meticulously placed the chairs wherever I wanted. Very considerate gentlemen to not let my front door open as they carried the chairs in. They accept debit or credit cards which was even better. The chairs were a very reasonable price for the beautiful wood detail.
