That doctor's office sent them the information they needed and they decided unilaterally to cancel my husband's appointment at Family Care of the Fox Cities with NO NOTICE. No call, no text. Then they refused to renew his prescriptions even though they were informed of the other upcoming appointment. Honestly we should have been shopping around when Dr. Richter announced his retirement. To top it off: they are now installing spy cameras in the waiting room. I don't think that's going to make patients feel at ease.

I don't need you to "educate" me on what happens to implants, and what this picture means. I was already informed by TWO amazing surgeons who took the time to assess me and educate me. And do not try and downplay Breast Implant Illness, when I am surrounded by 170,000 other women who are dealing with or have dealt with it. And that's just women who happened to have Facebook and found the group for BII. Had you been a good doctor, you could have addressed my concerns while I was in your office instead of commenting on a review. I did get help and I am TEN time's healthier, no thanks to you!

I love this place and its staff. They treat you just the same as you were their own family member. I believe whole heartedly they saved my leg from the knee down. When I called to pay my bill, I specifically asked the lady if this was for both visits since the bill was so high and the paper I received was not itemized. She assured me this was the only bill I had. I paid it in full. Imagine my surprise today when I received 2 bills for apprx 700.00 more dollars for the doctors themselves. I was seen in January, and it is now July. So now I get 2 more random bills 5 months later? So I call and pay them today, and the lady at the billing center informs me I owe another 1000.00 bill for my second er visit. Ummm what? I have the receipt from the bill I paid that was nearly 3 grand. She tells me that's for one visit. And I'm unsure why the doctor bills I got today were 2 different amounts. Shouldn't it be the same to see the doctor? And why wasn't this included in first bill I got? My son also had a visit here a few months ago and I'm waiting on that bill too. When I asked the billing department what they are showing I will own on that bill, they couldn't tell me. Had I known how financially devastating even one visit would be, I would have never come a second time, nor would I have brought my son here. They have "no surprise billing", but when I add up my visits they don't even come close to what I was billed. You can get the price list on their website- FYI. As much as I appreciated the care I got here, I will stick with a traditional hospital if I ever need to be seen on an emergency basis. It's a lot less expensive, and I'm not sitting in billing limbo wondering what bills I'm going to get next from a visit months ago. I would think the 16 grand they billed my insurance would have covered both visits considering I didn't have anything crazy done. No stitches, no surgery, no open wounds. It just seems like an outrageous price to me. The lady in the billing department said she would email me a detailed document of my entire billing account. When she sent it to me, it was password protected so I couldn't view it. Something just seems really off with the billing amounts, so I definitely won't visit here again.
