I had to wait 4 months for my procedure date and two months prior they cancelled and made me reschedule. They didn't care about how it impacted my schedule, only the provider. They have limited options for surgeons for closure and didn't offer any in the local community, only focused on their referral relationships.

I was on my lunch break and after 20 minutes decided I needed to get back to work. They rescheduled me for TWO MONTHS away. I have a significant history of skin cancer. I have been going to this practice for years and have been disappointed many times. They are the only provider in town so I am stuck. They do not care about your privacy. When you walk in the door they ask (in front of a waiting with other patients present) your birthdate and name. There is no privacy.

I told her that I felt like there was something else going on with my skin, when I questioned the catch-all diagnosis of dermatitis, and she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't say a word. I finally figured out that I needed to see a Dermatologist. Not one doctor thought to mention this option. Black also did my annual skin exam (I have a history of Melanoma) she didn't examine my scalp, or use a dermatoscope, yet in the after visit report my hair and scalp were listed as being examined.
