Five stars for Dr. Grimm and his assistant. He was thorough. He was more than I expected. He's…read morebeen patient and kind, as well as his assistant.

My daughter was brought here for years because of what started out as a very large amount of…read moredandruff with lark flaking and irritated scalp. Soon she also had little round sores on her body too. Along the groin or high thigh, around the underarms and armpits, and the stomach area. They originally said the scalp thing was SD, and then when brought in for the other sores, he said it was likely the same type of thing causing it and likely because of an autoimmune disorder. This all started back in January or February of 2021. He would give her a shampoo for her scalp and whenever one of the round sores flared up into puss and got really bad he would give her some Doxycycline Mono, she also developed what he said was a callus on her foot but I felt it was not but it was initially on a part of the foot she walked on so I thought maybe after he said that. Meanwhile, my husband got what he thought was an ingrown toenail in 2022. In the fall of 2023, I developed something on the bottom of my foot, and my scalp got very itchy, which I didn't become super concerned about until the spring of 2024 when the itching became unbearable on the scalp, and I noticed a significant change to the skin on my feet and color of my toenails and began to think it could be a fungal infection..... Come to find out my daughter has had ringworm for 3+ years and has been seen by this dermatologist at least 9 times during that time frame and he never did further testing, looked at it under a microscope or sent anything out to the lab. There were times he did not even look at her sores but just said "oh another flare up" and prescribed more medicine which a quick look online of the medicine she was prescribed to shows that the specific type of meds he put her on tends to make fungal infections worse........ Had she been treated properly from the beginning she would not have had to suffer for over 3 years and we could of avoided it being spread to 4 other family members, Yes 5 family members in total ended up with it by the time we finally figured out what it was. I was VERY careful about sharing hairbrushes, pillows, etc, for fear of it being something contagious when my daughter first got it but after the doctor assured me and reassured me that it was an autoimmune disorder, I stopped being so diligent on these things and now its reeked havoc on us in a physical and mental way. This dermatologist will rush you in and out and barely look at the issue, sometimes not even look at all. Then they will prescribe something so it appears they are treating you and should be getting money for it but the truth is they are not actually putting any care or time into your problems and it could cost you so I urge you to see a doctor who cares and one who actually puts the effort and time in,
