Twenty five minutes after my appointment, I went to the counter to find out how long it would be as I had to return to work. I was informed it would be at least another half hour. So they were already 1 hour behind at 10:00am and didn't even let me know. Was just letting me sit there in the hallway. I was so hoping this would work out, they were only a couple blocks from my house, I'm so disappointed.

Then telling me that a specific basic natural remedies for dry skin conditions that don't work, but do, and I told my new dermatologist (not there) and said it was a good thing I stopped going there. I knew it, but was nice a doctor supported my decision and so did my pcp.

It's said that every facility in the UP Health System feels different and - so far - I agree. I was there for a 'procedure' and was already nervous (and pretty darn hungry; not the best Trish), but the staff put me at ease at once. I felt like the most important person in their care for the day and, honestly, that goes a long way towards overall care and commitment. Parking is easy and free, the signage in the facility is helpful and the staff makes every effort to make you comfortable and well-cared for.
