Trevor and his team answered numerous questions, revised quotes so I could compare to other agency quotes, and in the end won my business. Sadly after two weeks with State Farm I had a homeowners claim and they helped me get everything done and submitted to help defray the cost of replacing my HW Heater...glad I added that Homeowner Equipment Breakdown rider to my policy Trevor recommended!!! At this point, we have lost confidence in this office entirely. We are planning to switch insurance providers and will be possibly filing a formal complaint regarding the lack of responsiveness and support. It completely wasted my time. After that, Brian and/or Thomas repeatedly called me during business hours even though I specifically requested no calls during those times. I also repeatedly asked for cancellation and no further contact, which was ignored. On top of all this, their quotes are outrageously expensive compared to other insurers. Unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating to deal with. At this point I'm just hoping this doesn't end up costing me hundreds of dollars for a policy I cancelled over a month ago and already replaced with new insurance.
