When I tried to set up a service call after signing up for service explicitly for the battery warranty transfer (and confirmed with the agent signing me up that it would be transferred) I was told by the dispatch agent that it would not transfer and I would be charged for the battery and charged $65 for using the service I judt signed up for and paid $75 for. They claimed the $65 fee was disclosed in the email they sent me, but it was not and I was called a liar when I read the email verbatim. I will never use AAA even if it were offered for free.

She spent the next 45 to 60 min collecting all of our information and said that we should hear back from one of their insurance agents within the next 2-3 days. We don't hear anything from them all week, I call them again first thing Monday morning today and she says that the insurance agent handling our file is busy but she'll give us a call back later. A few hours pass by and we hear nothing, I call one more time to follow up and they say that she has a customer in her office and she'll call us before end of day. Again we hear absolutely nothing from them; at this point we can only deduce that they don't value our business and if they are going to treat us like this now it will only be worse afterwards.
